The Staff at this hotel are lovely, attentive, respectful and helpful. They are the saving grace of this hotel.
The location is very central, walkable to anything in the city and transport hubs.
The size of the room we had was great for 3 guests, the lounge area was comfortable and the kitchen was sizeable.
The lobby is great, very quiet calm and nice, and they will hold your bags for you if you ask.
Overall the apartment was average, dated and in need of some attention.
While there is an attempt to sound proof some windows, they are not all done, so the noise is very loud, even on the 8th floor. One room was so loud that a guest had to move to the lounge to sleep, potentially due to the location (one side of the apartment was on Victoria Street and one in amongst what sounded like fans for other businesses or hotels in the area). If you want a quiet stay this is not the hotel to pick.
Additionally the kitchen was average, the fridge was set to the coldest setting so everything froze in there which was dissapointing, they did send a man to fix this who was lovely, but we had already resovled the issue prior to his arrival.
The bathroom is in need of some desperate attention with grimm marks on the mirror and the shower drain plug popped up consistently, there was no way to keep it down and the plug for the sink was stuck down the side, which was also grubby.
I also think that if you are staying 3 nights towels should be refreshed on night 2 without having to ask and also enough toilet paper and blankets for all beds should be provided.
The TV was also set to Japanese, which is fine but instructions to enable it to be put into another language would be useful as not everyone can read Japenese.

Very thin walls - we could hear the elevator going up and down in our room. No windows in the rooms. Limited hot water (15min) made it feel like a hostel.
Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The room is very spacious with everything you need. Comfey beds and everything was very clean
Finding the car park was quite tricky as it's off a slip road so when maps tells you you're there it's very easy to drive past as there is no obvious signage.
The shower was a bit limp. Nice and hot though
An sich schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Personal ist so unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit, habe das Zimmer gewechselt und durfte sogar wählen. Es gibt modernisierte und alte Etagen. Liebe einfach den Geruch aus der Lobby :)
Es ist so laut. Die Fenster dichten absolut nichts ab, draußen eine große Lüftungsanlage, die Straße, ein Nachtclub. Habe so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nach dem Wechsel in ein fensterloses Zimmer dann trotzdem keine Verbesserung, papierdünne Wände, man hört alles. Noch bie sowas erlebt.
Good location, easy and helpful checkin staff were friendly. Generous sized room with excellent wardrobes, kitchenette and desk space for working.
My room was a bit noisy, backed on to a car parking building. Plus Construction work going on so not the hotels fault.
Location is the best in town, the rooms have been done up and are lovely. Good to have cable tv is as well. They offer breakfast and you can leave you bags if you turn up prior to check in.
