The reception staff were fantastic - very helpful and pleasant at all times. Great location.
The place is a bit worn here and there - there’s a funny smell in one of the lifts and an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain, but nothing truly awful. The street outside is noisy at night, so bring earplugs.
Front desk staff was very kind
While the hotel provided instructions to get into the parking garage, it was difficult to get to due to the location. The garage is very narrow so just something to be aware of.

酒店很方便，就在皇后街附近，楼下就是热闹的街道，购物交通都很方便，而且前台非常好，还为我们中国人提供筷子。最好的是有免费的行李存放，方便我们退房后在皇后街购物，晚上坐飞机离开。下次去奥克兰还会再次入住。

Its been our second stay in three months and we have been up graded twice. We really love the location, Woolworths Warehouse and Civic Centre only minutes away.
Entrance way, you need to keep your staff warm, a possible see through partition to block out the cold breeze from the front door. They can still see those entering and they are kept warm.
Exceptional service from the reception team. After long travels, we really enjoyed our stay at Edit. The suite was very clean, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
