Edit has big rooms with a kitchenette. It is soundproof with no corridor noise . The rooms are clean , comfortable & light . I had great views from my windows .

The room was cold it took a while to heat the apartment and the hallway smelt very strong of curry.
Great, central location which allowed as to walk to bars & restaurants. Descent sized room and very clean. Everything was in working order and the bed was reasonably comfy. We had an interior room, so no windows, but that didn’t phase us. Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay again.
The walls are quite thin and you can hear people casually chatting in the hallway. Parking was a bit difficult and could be explained more clearly

Everything was fantastic.
we arrived late and were given an upgraded room on flr 14, im not sure why, i think possibly our room was given away.
An upgrade room we had an old type shower fixed head, and askedfor an extra blanket, that was stained, i mention this to the reception on our departure.

Everything was magnificent. The best thing about it was the staff, they were all willing to help. The room was spacious, and the free hot chocolate, along withe the free coffee and tea in the room, was a nice touch.
Sumit and Rafiq - who both were worked there at separate times - were exceptionally helpful with the questions I had about Auckland. They didn't know the full answers up front, so they looked them up for me.
No complaints. Just bare in mind that it is a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel ... so don't expect the elevators to be cozy.
