Vey clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed.
Pros:

Proximity to Auckland central is amazing. Great staff and services. Clean rooms

Cons:

The elevators were broken and the doors would open mid way through level while still moving.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast & staff at breakfast were lovely 😍

Cons:

The noise of some machine or unit outside our window somewhere. Hummed & droned all night. 🫣

Not for us.
Pros:

Not much too be honest. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Mostly the whole room. The room smelt. The shower box was not clean. The carpet was dirty.
Won't stay there again.

Pros:

Great location, super easy and cheap to bus then train to the hotel from the airport. Lots of good restaurant options in Britomart and shopping. Really appreciated the front desk letting us check in a couple hours early to our rooms

Cons:

Only one man was on the front desk and there was a large queue. He was super composed and friendly checking us in which I take my hat off too. Appeared hotel management was more focused on other ‘tasks’ rather than supporting team members and ensuring people didn’t incurred long wait times

Pros:

The booking process was easy. Location in Auckland is very central. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Cost was a bit on the high side. On site restaurant was very basic and costly but, staff, again, were great, and food was fine. We booked a parking space and that was easy to do online too. Directions were easy to follow when we got the email. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Noisy elevator. Restaurant was dated but clean

Overall a pleasant stay and excellent value for the price.
Pros:

The location was excellent - handy to shops, restaurant, transport etc. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a little 'tired'. There were a few issues with the shower. Communication was a little lacking - we had advised them re: breakfast and room configuration prior to our arrival as requested but that didn't seem to get through to those needing the information.

Cons:

There was mold in the first room within the bathroom. They moved and slightly upgraded me to a different room by a good staff member. Everything seemed great, until i went to shower in the morning and also in this bathroom mold had started to grow in the shampoo holder. Attended another staff member who just shrugged.

For the location the whole noght there were cars racing in the street below with extreme loud noices and bass music.
