Location was fantastic, clean room and lovely, accommodating staff
The city is noisy so the internal rooms are preferred to a 'window' room
Amazing value for money. The refurbished rooms are stunning. Easy walk to Sky City, Britomart, Queen Street shopping and the Waterfront. Rooms surprisingly quiet considering the city location.
Will definitely be my go to when in Auckland

Parking, very tight space allocated. Lucky I had a very small car 🤣
Nice and clean. Bed was comfy and it’s central.
Only thing was you could hear the elevator but that’s it. Wasn’t that much of a big deal.

The room was spacious and tidy. Comfortable bed and has everything you need for a short stay. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.
It is an old building, so the insulation ain't that good and being on one of the busiest streets in the CBD, it can get quite noisy. My room was also near the elevators and they were surprisingly noisy going up and down. But nothing that a good pair of earplugs won't fix. The heater was good, but it was also very noisy, so definitely not something a light sleeper would leave on for the night, even with earplugs on. The bathroom was tidy, but the shower definitely gives away the age of the hotel. But overall nothing you wouldn't expect from a CBD hotel in an older building.
