Fridge was warm and did not keep thing cold. Had to put some stuff in rubbish 😕
Location was great for us - right near the Sky Tower and walkable to the harbor. Staff were great and the breakfast was very nice.
Felt a little worn. The AC unit didn't move a lot of air and shut off after a certain length of time.
We booked 8 months in advance and got parking at the property
Location
Dark, dated, didn’t appear that clean, not enough supplies. Fire alarm going off early on Saturday morning for no apparent reason and staff telling everyone it was ok to go back inside despite alarms still going and fire department had not even checked out the place yet.
Location great but there is no parking outside so taxis etc will have to drop you around the corner and it's a steep street. Comfortable, very clean room with good facilities.. Staff lovely when you can find them.
Great cafes and restaurants and shopping nearby.
Reception staff seem to have a lot of other jobs to do - so checking in and checking out was pretty slow - 15 minutes to check in, just one staff member on the reception desk at 2pm check in time. Another staff member eventually turned up to help with the queue of people. Same with checking out- lots of people waiting and no staff member in sight. I eventually found one to help. Not the staff's fault as they were all lovely.
Luggage room was open to anyone to walk in and out and drop and pick up luggage and no system to make sure it was your luggage so didn't feel very secure.

Location was central to everything I wanted to see. All within walking distance.
L'emplacement sur Victoria Street juste à côté de la Skytower, la petite cuisine dans la chambre, la salle de bain refaite. La possibilité de laisser ses valises le jour du départ. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
L'étanchéité des fenêtres, l'emplacement central rend les chambres un peu bruyantes.

The bathrooms could be upgraded. The shower pressure is poor.
