Good overall but for the lack of telephone
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and staff helpful and pleasant

Cons:

I was two days without a telephone outside line in my room. My American cell does not work in Belgium. I am not old but older and should I have an emergency I would have gone shouting for help in the corridor supposing that I was able. I was given the reason, but even after 24 hrs still no telephone! This is a flaw in your system. You could just open an outside line as you book a person over a certain age! Suppose one forgot to charge one’s tel ?good overall

Hotel located close to train station (400m).
Allowed bicycles (none electric) to be stored in room. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have been better if there was a dedicated secure bicycle room.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Beleuchtungen im Zimmer zu knapp bemessen. Schalter für die Lampe über dem Schreibtisch schon defekt.
Man kann sich nicht verlassen, auch einen Parkplatz zu erhalten.

Room size, clean, reasonably in good condition and not too far from the Antwerp Central station and city centre.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit repetitive, but for those staying a night or two, it’s probably be OK.

Excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Excellent hotel, rooms very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and everything very fresh! Staff extremely friendly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fijn goed gelegen hotel met heerlijk ontbijt
Pros:

Hetvwas een fijne locatie tegenover het park, vlakbij de meir en het theaterplein waar in het weekend een heerlijke foodmarkt is. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, zoveel keus.. genoten

Het was wat gehorig door de mensen op de gang.
