Loved the location of the hotel and the layout of the room. But the room was not clean. Scratches on the walls to be expected but stains. Running stains on the walls and panels. The table at the desk was sticky and a big dust bunny in the kedel and after making coffee the clean cup I was given the next day was dirty. Thick layer of dry coffee in the cup. Cleanliness is a high priority of mine and with this I won’t be staying at this hotel next time I visit Stockholm. They need to step up the cleaning of the rooms

Das unser Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank hatte.
Lokalita
Prišli sme cca o 7PM, kedy sme dostali izbu 121, ktorá mala jedno okno, za nim cca 50cm bola stena. Okamžite sme išli žiadať o výmenu, na čo bola odpoved, že hotel je plne obsadený. Mali sme rezervovanu izbu Queen a vraj za vsetko môže Booking a máme sa sťažovať tam. Nakoniec nám zamestnanec slubil, že nám na druhý deň dá výrazne lepšiu izbu. Tá nová bola 243 o poschodie vyššie, asi o 2 metre väčšia, okno bez otvorenia a všetci raňajkujúci nám pozerali takmer do postele. Žiadne ospravedlnenie, žiadna kompenzácia, stále dookola, že za vsetko môže booking a keby sme si ubytovanie objednali priamo, tak by sa to nestalo. Ubytovanie som objednáva vo februári, bolo vopred zaplatené, takže to boli iba výhovorky a nekorektný prístup. Určite sa tam nevratim, Štokholm má veľa iných možností a odporúčam to všetkým.

Slightly overcrowded breakfast
Bien que situé au centre ville et que nous ayons eu la chambre 103 au premier étage face à l'ascenseur et à l'entrée de la salle du petit déjeuner, nous n'avons absolument subi aucune nuisance sonore ni de la rue ni du passage des gens ! Vraiment super confortable ! Nous avons dormi une seule nuit sans petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !
