Excellent location, friendly staff, clean property.
Pros:

The location is walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but it hit the spot. The little balcony was cute. The staff during the day was very friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they were in the room when I arrived. Didn't get to use the pool area but it looked very nice and clean. I had no issues during my stay. Would stay there again.

Cons:

No elevator, if you are disabled, get a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast area is very small. parking lot is very small and very full.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to the pricey hotels at Disney
Pros:

Staff was amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. Very helpful being able to park at hotel prior to checking in (we got there early in the morning to go to Disney). Location was great! Easy 15 minute walk to Disney (just make sure to stay to the left walking towards Disney, if you go to the right under the bridge you’ll have to turn around). Breakfast was a plus! Was a little cramped at times but they have additional seating outside.

Cons:

Rooms/bathroom were a little dated but still comfortable.

Nice place within walking distance to Disney monorail station
Pros:

Everything was great, we booked 2 rooms and they put us close to each other.
Most importantly it was only 10 minutes walk from Disneyland monorail station, so getting to our main attraction was a breeze and we were able to enjoy the park till midnight due to close proximity of the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, we would stay here again.

Great value place with great staff.
Pros:

This is a good little place to stay if you're looking to go to Disneyland. You can literally walk to Disneyland and California adventure. Staff all deserve 5 stars and go out of their way to help you.

Cons:

The only downside is the bed wasn't that comfortable but that could be preferable.
