Warm welcome, well appointed, comfortable rooms, across from swimmable beach.
Pros:

Friendly welcome. Nice furniture in King Suite, lovely toiletries, not the bulk kind. Coffee in room, frig and microwave, great location across from Coral Dunes beach park. Allowed us to stay all day after checkout with fully equipped transit rooms and lockers. Cafe and pool bar had excellent food day and night. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The location was good. We were able to walk to good restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Our room was at the end of the hall and we did not hear those neighbors. However, we could easily hear the family in the room above us. So loud we had difficulty sleeping.

Pros:

Entrance is nice and renovatated, staff very welcoming.

Cons:

Hoku tower room was old - maybe another building is newer. Many reviews are positive. We had old, dark room on ground floor with paking next to it. Very overpriced.

Such a great find in Maui, an amazing all around experience and I would do it again!
Pros:

Beautiful facility, clean and comfortable. Pool vibe was awesome!

Cons:

Nothing to harp on at all but sometimes I wish they would extend the pool times to say 11 or 12 midnight. Sometimes I like to just sit in the pool but don’t get back to the hotel till later in the evening after dinner and want more time to relax before bed.

It was convenient to stay in Kihei since my event was in wailea.

Well designed and new, lovely staff, yummy breakfast at the pool but feels a little bit on the road.
Pros:

The room was very clean, new and well designed. We stayed in the tower closest to the beach and had a lovely view of the ocean. Yummy breakfast at the pool with a delightful server. Across the road from a lovely beach.

Cons:

The hotel is a little parking lot heavy. We only stayed for one night, but we wouldn't have liked that to be our total Hawaiian experience. Pool breakfast was delicious but served in disposable plastic containers which feels a little wasteful and impermanent. Our room wasn't inexpensive, over $400/night, though booked during a holiday week. Good effort on the hotel but definitley not relaxed resort vibes.

We enjoyed our time here. Excellent staff, beautiful pool. Nice accommodations. We would love to come back!

Kényeles ágy, jó hangszigetelés.

Cons:

A takarító személyzet nem volt tisztában, hogy 3-an vagyunk, így a kávésarkot rendszeresen 2 személyre készítette elő.

My daughter first hotel experience was fun and memorable!
Pros:

Location, updated/ modern room. Appreciated the microwave.

Cons:

Fridge was a smart fridge in which we couldn’t put much items in order for it to properly cool. Some entry doors worked intermittently when using the waving + fob bracelet.

Epic views, wish they would have taken a reservation for next year
Pros:

The walls were thick in Kai tower. No noise from outside or other rooms.
Our view from fourth floor balcony was epic, saw sunsets and whales breaching.

Cons:

When we tried to rebook for next year the front desk would not reserve the room. Just told us to try online later..would not give us a rate.

Loved the hotel room and amenities; unable to charge pool bar/ cafe to room; great courtesy shuttle
Pros:

Food was great, front counter staff was amazing, shuttle service was great! Our suite was absolutely fabulous as were the views.

Cons:

Consistently empty coffee creamers at cafe; pool staff treatment of guest was inconsistent; housekeeping service was mediocre. The HVAC is on the poolside so the noise level was a problem for rooms in close proximity. Also the wifi is was very spotty on the west side of the building (Not to mention the casting feature on the LG tv was problematic throughout the stay).

Great, look forward to future trips.
Pros:

Location convenient to beach, shops, restaurants and a shuttle. It also had breakfast at the pool. (The cafe was under renovation)

Cons:

Would like the rooms to be brighter ( sunny seemed to be only ocean view)

Pros:

No breakfast available but nice options nearby.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We had an incident with our room but the staff immediately assisted in overcoming the issue.
