Pros:

It felt like being at a resort, despite it being called a hotel. We were impressed with the pool area and with the general aesthetic of the place. The staff were very nice. The little porch on our room was lovely.

Cons:

The coffee was so weak! But, really, everything else was great. We thought it was a good value for the money.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, accessibility--our experience.
Pros:

Despite the horrible flooding Kehei experienced just a few days prior to our arrival, the hotel was open and providing full service (once the pool was drained, cleaned, and refilled). Staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to valet, were always friendly and so knowledgeable of the area.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, it would be the squeaky elevator door that sounded like it was either in pain or singing off-key.

A good hotel with quality rooms and staff and facilities
Pros:

Our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We even managed to get the coffee pod machine to work (efforts at other hotels have not been as successful). The bathroom also was spacious and the shower power adequate. All staff were very helpful with both check in and check out trouble free. The hotel has a cafe at the front of the property which is best for breakfast but a little restrictive for evening meals. The hotel operates a refillable water bottle scheme which works well. There are also free laundry facilities for customer use which we found very useful. The room finish and bedding seemed particularly high quality. All lifts were working and would only operate when a room key was scanned, for security. The room keys were in the form of waterproof bracelets - not something we've encountered before - but it worked well and the bracelets can be kept as souvenirs at the end of the stay. There are also swimming pools, hot tubs and other leisure facilities that we didn't use but they all looked inviting.

Definitely worth booking this hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was simply amazing. We booked this hotel because it was price competitive and cheaper than most other 4 or 5 star properties by at least 30-40%.

We stayed in the Kai tower. The room was new with a king size bed, couch, table, generous bathroom and shower. It had a balcony with a table and two chairs. Great room!

We took advantage of the free shuttle, bikes and pool/beach towels. Happy
Hour at the pool is worth it for the drinks and live music.

The hotel is close to many different restaurants and shops. It is a five minute walk to one of three beaches. It is really close to an ABC store that has daily fresh coffee, meal and sushi and is way cheaper.

The staff were great. Everyone was pleasant and happy to help.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised and would book this hotel again!
