Good location, friendly staff
The toilet was too low and the water in the toilet was too high, touching your body when you sat on it
Awesome location close to Disney, great value compared to nearby hotels. Staff were also very welcoming and friendly.
The laundry was out of service so we had to use the one at the Sheraton (it was good that they had organised this alternative though). One of the two lifts was also in and out of use in the second tower but the building wasn’t too busy when we were coming and going so this wasn’t an issue for us.
The staff was very sweet. The proximity to the convention center and Disney was convenient.
The elevator broke a few times we were there. Trapping someone in there. We were too worried to use it so we used the stairs the whole time. Inconvenient and a little scary. Also, parking was expensive and not included. I was also asked if I wanted house keeping everyday, I declined but asked if we could get fresh every day. That didn’t happen. I had to call to get towels and they weren’t delivered until the third time I called.
Just a walk from Disneyland but relatively cheap. Room comfortably held 4
Bathroom, and shower could be better, even at that price.
I love the location of the hotel from the Disneyland Parks. I love the fact that the ART bus picks up right in front and can drop you off there too.
I had originally booked for the North tower and was given a room in the South tower, I decided that it would be ok since the laundry facility is in the South tower and I had under packed so that I didn't have to take as much clothes, but come to find out there was renovations happening and the laundry room was closed so I had to spend money on clothes for myself and my son. When we did get to our first room in the South tower, we had already spent the day driving into Anaheim from Tucson, AZ, we stopped off at the hotel to see if I could pay for the early check in but was told that the room was not ready, so we hit up the parks until closing and then went to the hotel. When I unpacked all of our stuff and went to take a much needed shower, there was a pubic hair in the tub, I called down to the front desk and the staff was very apologetic and did offer to have someone come up and clean or move to a different room, but I was already exhausted and felt a little defeated at that point so I just asked to be moved to a new room the following day so I could get some rest. But your staff was amazing and did get me into the North tower the following night and was aware that I would be at the parks all day so they held my luggage and items for us to move.
This facility was upscale and bright and clean
I have no complaints
Lulu is a great place to stay. We’ve stayed 4 times and it’s lovely. It’s not a far walk to Disneyland the rooms are nice and clean and staff is nice.
The only thing we don’t love is the elevator situation. It takes forever waiting for the elevator and checking out is sorta a long process. It takes so long. Parking isn’t the most handy and you’re far from your car and it’s super expensive.
Always a great stay! Location is well maintained, staff is always very pleasant. Easy to book and availability. Walking distance to many places! Extremely close to Toy Story parking lot.
Staff. Natasha at the reception was super nice.
Location. Close to the convention center.
They have a bar! Bartender was also great.
I stay in this area every year. I thought I was upgrading from my usual motel-style stays. The price suggested as much. I was not. The room looked and smelled mediocre. The blackout curtains were there, but they were completely useless — they wouldn't budge. Breakfast included means that you get a $20 voucher, but the basic egg breakfast + coffee cost $24. The laundry and gym weren't working, I had to use the laundry at the Sheraton's across the street. The internet was terrible, I had to use my phone's hotspot to connect my laptop to Wi-Fi. Total disappointment.
the only reason i stayed there was it was close to the convention center. thats the only thing going for this place
Over priced, the room was dirty. NO HOT WATER on my first night. the showers and the room in general need to be gutted and rebuilt as they are old rusty and really really bad serviced.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a great experience
All the construction around the hotel made it hard to get in and out the hotel and carrying all the baggage with one elevator
