Bellissima struttura, ottima accoglienza, personale molto gentile e disponibile, posizione in città molto buona.
Suggerisco di lasciare l'orario della prima colazione alle 6.30 anche al weekend per permettere a chi deve partire presto di poter fare colazione in struttura. Comunque è stato apprezzato il Breakfast Bag.
Trevlig personal och fräscht hotell. Läget är fantastiskt.
Historisches Ambiente, zentrale Lage
Die meisten Zimmer sind zum überdachten Innenhof ausgerichtet. Da das historische Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat, müssen die Fenster geöffnet bleiben. Leider bleibt die volle Beleuchtung im Innenhof teilweise sehr lange eingeschaltet (22:30-23:00 Uhr). Zudem werden bis Mitternacht Vorkehrungen für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen im Innenhof getroffen (Geschirr und Besteck scheppert oder fällt herunter, Eiswürfel werden geräuschvoll umgefüllt, Musik läuft lautstark, Unterhaltungen von Personal und Gästen). Ab 4:30 Uhr geht es dann weiter. Wer ruhige Nächte und frische Luft sucht, ist hier falsch. Wem das historische Ambiente und die zentrale Lage wichtiger sind, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität eher nicht geeignet (Rollstuhlfahrer). Für Personen mit Gehhilfen machbar (Eingangsbereich nur mit Treppe, danach 1 historischer und 1 moderner Aufzug, allerdings viele Trittkanten).

Nelle camere, molto piccole, non c'è un frigorifero né una cassaforte.
Inoltre, le finestre, per lo meno delle nostre camere, si affacciano su uno spazio interno dove c'è la hall e i tavoli per la colazione.
Nel bagno mancano alcuni accessori come cuffia per doccia

the single room was smaller than expected but as a solo traveller it was ok.
Het hotel bevindt zich op een centrale locatie, en is voorzien van een mooie ontbijt-binnenruimte die de hele dag gebruikt kan worden. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar alles werkt, het ontbijt is zeer goed.
De bewegingsvrijheid in de badkamer werd beperkt door onnodige elementen die aan de muur waren opgehangen: dat kan slimmer!
This is a very good hotel in an excellent location. The rooms could certainly be more spacious, although I had already booked the largest available option (13 m²). Even so, it felt rather cramped. To open the window, I had to lean over the corner of the bed while being careful not to hit my head on the corner of the television mounted on a wall bracket.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights. On two of those days, the floor was not cleaned; only the towels in the bathroom were replaced. The rooms, as well as the hotel in general, do not have air conditioning. Instead, guests are provided with fans. Fortunately, I visited during a cooler period and did not have to deal with excessive heat in the room. I understand this is the case in many of Stockholm's older hotels—they were probably built at a time when no one expected Swedish summers to become so warm.
Breakfast is served in a beautiful atrium, or covered courtyard, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. However, in some areas there is quite a strong draft, making it a little too cool to sit comfortably in just a T-shirt.
The breakfast itself was good, substantial, and satisfying, although somewhat repetitive. Surprisingly, there was no fish of any kind. I was particularly surprised that a four-star hotel did not even offer pickled herring. The bacon was consistently overcooked, while the scrambled eggs were undercooked. After I mentioned this at reception, the scrambled eggs were much better prepared the following morning, although the ham was still overcooked.
One feature I particularly appreciated was that complimentary tea and coffee were available throughout the day in the café area. Occasionally the biscuits had run out, but overall I think this is an excellent concept.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. The hotel's location on Stockholm's beautiful pedestrian street, lined with impressive lion sculptures, makes it an especially enjoyable place
