NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AFTER MIDNIGHT for Park & Fly!!
Pros:

We have been staying at this location for several years thanks to the quiet rooms, courteous staff and the convenience of their Park & Fly. This year, specifically March 5, we flew home from Punta Cana. Typically with international flights, they arrive after midnight. I know the routine, when we arrive, pick up bags and call the hotel. I did this and was told that they no longer have shuttle service after midnight. To say I was shocked is an understatement! And finding out that the Arnold Sports Fest started that day! I never thought to ask, nor did anybody offer up that they no longer shuttled after midnight. We were told to grab a Taxi. The lines were ridiculous!! Once we finally got back to the hotel I gave the poor chap at the counter a piece of my mind as he was on the phone trying to book an Uber for, I assume, another disgruntled patron of the hotel. They claimed it is clearly stated on their website which is total BS because I have yet to see it mentioned anywhere. Beware!! I think it's sad because they always had nice employees who ran the shuttle at all hours and did a great job, and sad that the employees and management have to contend with these issues. I recommend a heads up to those who Park & Fly. You know who we are!!

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Everything we received was cook perfectly. Only complaint was that the lady working could have used some help. She was taking orders and cooking all the food, you could tell she was feeling a flustered when the line got longer. But despite the line she kept calm and everything was perfect.

Cons:

Overall the breakfast was fantastic but the room was not. We got there at check in time 3pm and were told we had to wait for a room. Then we finally got a room and went to it and the door wouldn't open. The master key couldn't even open it. So we had to go and get another room. Went to the second room and it was hot. Didn't pay much attention to it just thought it needed time to cool. we had to leave since we were already late for our event so we didn't worry much that. Got back from the event around 11 and room was still hot and when we went to lock the door the dead bolt stayed out and we couldn't lock the door. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. The lady was very nice and was the driver not the maintenance person. She got the dead bolt in with a screw driver and told us to keep the screwdriver cause that is the only way we could get the door to shut. We couldn't lock our door either or it would get stuck so we were only able to use the latch. Despite all this every worker was excellent and the only complaint was that the rooms were horrible that we had.

まぁまぁ。もっと良いとお待っていたけれど、期待外れ。

シャトルカーがあった。

Cons:

朝食が含まれていると思っていたけれどそうでなかった、2度目は朝食券を出したくれた。
文句を言って出るのと、きちっと最初から出してくれるのでは、全然心地よさが違います。
