Very bad runned down hotel completely overpriced. Un mal hotel, muy malo con precios exorbitantes.
Hotel is runned down . El hotel esta caido y en mala situacion
they didn’t have the room ready when we arrive after a long flight. They said the AC was not working, which is super important in a place like Cartagena where it can get to 40C/90F. They said that we either stay like that or go to another hotel. We decided to leave and not stay there. I don’t recommend this place to anybody.
