A minha entrada em poderia ser às 4 da tarde porém como eu estava vindo de outra cidade fiz o checkin on-line e recebi o e-mail dizendo que a minha reserva com o meu marido e a da minha amiga com marido e filho estava tudo certo era só pegar as chaves do quarto . Chegando no hotel já tinha uma confusão de algumas pessoas que o hotel tinha simplesmente cancelado a reserva sem comunicar, chegando na minha vez o homem da recepção falou que não tinha vaga para nós porém estava tudo certo com a reserva e iria nos mandar para outro hotel parceiro . Eu estava exausta fiquei chateada porque se eu fiz o checkin on-line e o hotel estava cheio como eles falaram poderiam ter me ligado . Fomos para o outro hotel o spark e para a minha surpresa estava tudo certo para a minha reserva que seria para a minha amiga com o seu marido e o seu filho porém com a minha não, ligamos para o hotel da reserva e o mesmo não atendia , eu e o meu marido pegamos o carro e fomos para o hotel lá depois de muito esperar foi informado que ficaríamos lá e os nossos amigos no outro hotel , fomos em uma viagem de férias queríamos ficar juntos e nem um pedido de desculpas recebemos. Para acabar de completar nos colocaram em um quarto do lado do espaço de café da manhã e logo cedo as pessoas estavam tomando café e todo o barulho ia para lá . Pior hotel que já me hospedei , uma total falta de respeito com o cliente não indicaria nem para o meu pior inimigo.

Is staff member working at night named Mike did his best to help with a bad situation.

Cons:

The location is said to be under renovation. My room door didn’t lock so I was moved to another room. The air conditioner in that room didn’t work. I was then moved a third time. Another room that we reserved also had a faulty air conditioner.
