Comfortable room staff were helpful and an excellent breakfast

The location and the breakfast was very good

Cons:

The parking once you get in is haphazard and you never really know if you will get a parking space when you return, if you are there for more than one day.

Quite spacious rooms

Cons:

The room provided to our child had some nasty bugs that kept him awake in the night. The weirdest of all was that at 7:45 on our departure day, some cleaning staff were literally banging the room doors in our corridor to wake people up mentioning some German Police shit!!! Extremely annoying 🤬🤬🤬

Pros:

In the case you need quality hotel in Vienna with undergraund parking, go ahead. Normal hotel with, I would say, normal price. Standard breakfast, but more than enough. Comfy beds, clean. Unfortunatelly small shower. These days there is some reconstruction of train station under hotel.

Einmal Wien, nimmer mehr Wien !!!

Frühstück gut. Personal beim Frühstück gut
Lage gut - nahe U-Bahn.

Cons:

Zimmer oldfashioned - Bad stockdunkel - duster. Personal in der Lounge saumäßig. Servieren nicht Bestelltes und berechnen falsch. Parkmöglichkeit ausgebucht, zudem ist die Parkgebühr unverschämt (28€/Tag). Keine Lademöglichkeit für ein Voll-E-Fahrzeug. Die nächsten mit 11kW sind beschämend für eine Großstadt wie Wien. Es gibt auch keine Ausnahmen vom Kurzzeit-Parkverbot - nicht einmal für Personen mit eingeschränktem Gehvermögen (lt. Hotelauskunft)!
