Incredible central, busy location, super friendly staff & fast check in!
Pros:

Incredible location! Only around a 3min walk to Metro & Central train station. Inside the station, and just outside a bunch of restaurants, 711s and fast-food spots so super easy to find stuff. 5 min walk to Tivoli Gardens which is great also. All of the staff are SO FRIENDLY & super welcoming, very quick, easy check-in. Comfy enough bed, free hot drinks in the lobby 24/7. Great sized room, good cupboard with different shelves for storage. C type plugs right next to bed. Would absolutely stay here again if we came back to Copenhagen!

Cons:

Bathroom was pretty tiny & the hose kept falling down, but was only a small minor thing! Wasn't a fan of the carpets either but again not enough to actually bother us or make us not want to stay! No fridge would be the main thing we'd wish was there!

Excellent location for a weekend away
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the central station for trains and metro. The room was big, with lots of storage options and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom needed a refresh. The tiles were dirty and the shower head was covered in limescale, meaning some spouts didn’t work. The windows were also difficult to open and one was rotten.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Good location. Clean accomodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast foods. Tea and coffee available.

Pros:

Great place. Located near the railway station, with everything you need within walking distance. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until check‑in. Tasty breakfast.

Cons:

The shower curtain is too short. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the room is really small, so after taking a shower the humidity rises significantly.
