Wonderful family suite!
Pros:

The staff were professional and exceptionally welcoming. We arrived in Vienna in the early morning from Zurich on the night train. We were tired. We'd planned to store our luggage and explore the city. When we arrived at the hotel, they had the room ready and checked us in right away. We'd booked the family suite. The suite had two bedrooms and a daybed in a separate room, essentially three bedrooms. We were able to take a nap and head out for the day fully rested.

Cons:

Only one small challenge was the hot water. However, we appreciate that the hotel is in an older building, and it can take some time for hot water to reach the room. We just had to let the tap run for a while.

Bel établissement, bien situé pour découvrir Vienne à pieds ou en transport en commun.
Pros:

Bien qu'en centre ville cet hôtel est au calme, pas un bruit extérieur. La majorité des visites de Vienne peuvent se faire à pieds et vous êtes à 6 minutes de la gare Vienne Mitte qui assure une liaison directe avec l'aéroport en 16min (CAT). Bon petit déjeuner et restaurant de bonne qualité.

Rien qui nécessite d'être mentionné.

Gepflegtes Hotel im 3.Bezirk
Pros:

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Tolle Lage zu den Geschäften und zum Rochusmarkt. U Bahn Nähe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein.
