Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war ok, man war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Stephansdom.

Cons:

Das Classic Zimmer für rd. 200,- Euro inclusive Frühstück hätte etwas größer sein können.

Good location but a bit dissapointing
Pros:

Great central location. Guys on reception were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Bar staff a bit abrupt. Wouldn't allow us on the terrace at 9.30pm for a drink. And wouldn't allow us to sit in the lane way either. A bit disappointed as we were there to enjoy the outdoors. Had to go elsewhere.
Rooms a bit outdated with noisy air conditioning. Beds not very comfortable.

L’hotel era molto pulito e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro (si trova in una strada pedonale piena di negozi caratteristici e quindi risulta molto silenziosa la notte) Le camere sono pulite e il bagno dotato di tutti i servizi utili. Si può chiedere la pulizia e il riordino della camera tutti i giorni senza costo aggiuntivo, cosa molto positiva. Lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio come hotel essenziale, che dispone di tutti i servizi utili per una vacanza a Vienna

Cons:

Consiglierei di installare un mobiletto nel bagno per mettere le cose utili (non essendoci bisogna fare avanti e indietro dalla stanza con il beauty) Consiglierei anche di eliminare la moquette (sono italiana e la moquette in Italia è un crimine contro il buongusto)

Bahnhof Wien Mitte fußläufig in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurant Weissgerber Stuben mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichem Service.

Goede locatie maar het verblijf viel wat tegen.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van de U-bahn, winkels en restaurants. Het heeft een eigen parkeergarage. We hadden een ruime (privilege king-) kamer op de derde verdieping. De ramen keken niet uit op het straatje maar op een dak van een ander gebouw. Het bed was groot en erg comfortabel. Het was er rustig. We hebben er vier nachten verbleven in juni en hebben daarvoor €895,- betaald. Voor de parkeergarage hebben we €24,- per nacht betaald.

Cons:

De badkamer. Die was veel te klein. Er was alleen een ligbad en een vrij kleine wastafel, vlak tegen elkaar. De wc is apart en daar kun je je handen niet wassen. Er zat een glazen paneel op het bad. Daardoor moest je in het bad stappen op de plek waar de bodem niet vlak is. Het duurde heel erg lang voordat er warm water kwam. En het glazen paneel lekte met douchen waardoor de badkamervloer drijfnat werd. Nadat wij daarover geklaagd hadden, is er een nieuwe strip op het paneel aangebracht maar de lekkage werd weliswaar wat minder maar bleef.
Op het meubilair zijn behoorlijk wat krassen e.d. te zien.
Er is geen roomservice.
De ontvangst aan de receptie was niet plezierig. De receptionist gaf nauwelijks uitleg hoe de garage te bereiken was, en al helemaal niets over hoe je vervolgens te voet weer in het hotel komt.
Het is beneden in de garage erg onduidelijk. Er is geen lift in de garage. Met de auto kun je niet bij de ingang van het hotel komen dus je moet je bagage een flink eind meenemen over een pad van hobbelige keitjes. Het hotel lijkt me ongeschikt voor minder valide gasten ook gezien de vele trappen om van de lift naar de kamers te komen.

Odlična lokacija, izjemno prijazno osebje, odlična hrana, super garaža. Nekoliko zastarela oprema
Pros:

Odlična izhodišča lokacija z zagotovljenim (sicer plačljivim, a ne predragim) parkiriščem v garaži- Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Prostorne sobe, odličen zajtrk. Mini bar vključen v ceno. Priporočamo.

Cons:

Oprema sob je nekoliko zastarala, a je vse zelo čisto, tako da ni moteče.
