Super schöne Unterkunft mit nachlassender Qualität.
Pros:

Mir gefällt vor allem, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt.
Auch die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auch das House Keeping ist spitze. Wenn ich nach einem langen Tag wieder ins Hotel komme, sind die Betten frisch gemacht und die kleine Kaffeebar neu aufgefüllt.
Das Personal im Restaurant Sünenhof sind unübertreffbar.

Cons:

Ich bin Stammgast und komme mehrmals im Jahr hin. Zunehmend lässt sich eine Verschlechterung der Qualität vernehmen. Dies betrifft neben dem Frühstücksrestaurant, auch die Bäder und den Saunabereich.
Im Frühstücksrestaurant sind drei Mitarbeitende gewesen, die hauptsächlich damit beschäftigt waren sich selbst zu unterhalten. Die "Chefin" des Restaurant trug lange Fingernägel und das Haar offen. Des Weiteren lief, für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse, zu laute und unangemessene Musik (mir ist bewusst, dass dies Geschmackssache ist).
In den Bädern findet sich so ziemlich alles wieder, was ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse nach jedem Hotelgastbesuch überprüfen und wenn nötig abstellen sollte. So sind Seifenauflagen schief oder gebrochen, leichte Schimmelansätze oder es blättert Farbe von Wand und Decker ab.
Seit meinem letzten Besuch hat sich diesmal sogar der Saunabereich verschlechtert. Auch hier ist inzwischen die Halterung für die Dusche lose.

Hotel: sauber, und man hat sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen
Lage: gut an die Öffi‘s angebunden,
Personal :sehr freundlich
Frühstück: man hat alles bekommen

Die Lage und die Passage!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock (141),man konnte nur auf ein dreckiges Glasdach schauen! Keine Spur von Himmel, um zu sehen wie das Wetter ist!
Das geht gar nicht! Lage sehr gut!

Nice hotel but beware of steps to rooms
Pros:

Nice location, friendly reception staff, able to leave luggage after check out. Large rooms.

Cons:

Bed was very, very firm in our room. However, the bed in the other room our family booked was not, so perhaps we were just unlucky. Lots of stairs to get up to our room - there is an elevator but that only takes you to the main floor. We then had to walk up 20 steps whilst carrying our heavy luggage with us, which wasn't ideal

Ein idealer Ort, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Wien zu entdecken!
Pros:

Gute, zentrale Lage dabei sehr ruhig in einem herrlichen alten Gebäudekomplex der liebevoll saniert wurde.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte mal wieder renoviert werden, reicht aber aus.
