Disappointed
Pros:

The staff at check in was fantastic! Very friendly

Cons:

Had to pay to park in their parking lot. This was not valet or a garage. Literally just a parking lot. The pool was dirty and towels were nowhere to be seen. When attempting to shower at 8am, nothing but cold water! They stated that it was an issue and it should be up within an hour. Two hours later, my son and I took cold showers. They stated that they extended our checkout until 12:30 to accommodate time to shower, but key cards stopped working by 11 anyway and we needed to leave by then.

Pros:

The location is old and rundown but ok to stay just one night to catch a flight or cruise

Cons:

I came into town for a cruise and stayed here for one night a week earlier as I had booked this place on both ends of my cruise. There boiler went out so there was no hot water. At checkout they said they were waiting for a part and should be fixed that day. A week later when my cruise returned I checked in and still no hot water. How do go a week without fixing the hot water issue at a hotel. I had paid for a King bed, when I got to my room they had given me a room with 2 full size beds. I went down to the front desk and showed the clerk my reservation and he said we just gave you the first clean room. I said what about the price, he said there pretty much the same. They are not the same the king is more expensive. He changed my room to a king bed which they apparently had when they gave me the other room I don't think the young girl that checked me in knew what she was doing. Which in hindsight I should have kept the other room on the higher floor. My king room was on the first floor with patio tables outside of it and people out there talking all night along with there noise from there rooms. We went to check out at 4:20am to head to the airport and when we got in the hallway you could smell marijauna. Which isn't surprising since the first person we saw when we checked in looked like a tweaker and he was just down the hall from us. Never had a good feeling about this place. The restaurant next door is pretty good.

It ok for a one night stay in a pinch but would not recommend anything longer
Pros:

The restaurant next door Beat Culture was nice and had pretty good food.

Cons:

I stayed here 1 night to catch a cruise ship the next morning. I was checking at 2:15pm and the girl at front desk told me they had no clean rooms yet that I had to wait until 3:00pm even though they had told me they could accommodate early checkin after 12:00pm. 10 minutes later she came and said the manager said to check you in, you either have clean rooms or you don't. The hotel also didn't have hot water, apparently this same girl at the front was also told by several guest that there was no hot water and she never told the manager because she thought the guest just didn't know how to turn on the shower. As if that has anything to do with the hot water. I will be staying here overnight on my return from my cruise, we will see how that goes.
