Leuk voor en concert maar erg duur en onduidelijke prijs
Pros:

bedden zijn goed. Badkamer schoon.

Cons:

Ik moest ineens borg betalen zonder dat dit van te voren bekend was gemaakt. Daarnaast spreekt het personeel alleen Engels , blijf dat raar vinden als je en hotel boekt in Nederland.

De ligging was top ,vriendelijk personeel ,ruime kamer met een zeer goede douche

Cons:

Er was geen drinkwater op de kamer voorzien en het was niet overal even proper . Het was ook erg verwarrend om bij het inchecken heel de tijd van taal te moeten switchen . We werden in het Engels begroet en als we dan een vraag stelden in het Nederlands kregen we de ene keer een Nederlands antwoord en dan weer Engels. De dag nadien kregen we gewoon een Nederlands gesprek dat was veel aangenamer.

Uitstekende kamer met extra troeven
Pros:

- uitstekende wifi
- proper
- extra benodigheden in de kamer (oa microgolf, afwasbak, afwasmachine, groot tv scherm - 2 grote bedden (voor 3 personen)
- goede locatie niet ver van een metrostation naar centrum amsterdam

Cons:

- tv geen posten (tijdens WK!!!) - niemand van de receptie telefonisch te bereiken...

The location was great. Metro was a 7 minute walk away with access to the whole city.

Cons:

It was surprising to us that we had to pay an additional fee after checking in despite paying for the room beforehand. They also charged a 100€ deposit which was returned after checking out.
