Fin de semana muy agradable en barrio San Isidro
Pros:

Fuimos a un matrimonio con mi hija por el fin de semana. Excelente ubicacion del hotel, muy buen servicio e incluso tiene una peluquería

Cons:

Tuve problemas para conectarme al wifi, me tuvieron que entregar un codigo especial.
Y dado que el hotel no parecía estar con ocupación demasiado alta, creo que no hubiera costado mucho de hacer un upgrade a habitacion con vista al parque.

Pros:

Un hotel muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila de la ciudad, buen parqueadero, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Reserve dos habitaciones de 30 mts cuadrados( decía en booking) y solo me dieron una así, la de mis hijos , la mía era diminuta y con una vista muy fea a un edificio feo con ropa colgada atrás, me dio depresión y pedí cambio de habitación, me cambiaron a una con vista al frente de hotel , mucho mas bonita , pero igual de pequeña.

Pros:

The hotel truly met all our expectations. It looks exactly like it does in the photos, and the service matches the standard you’d hope for from a place of this level. Everything was nice, the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was also easy, as their English was clear and understandable, which isn’t always the case in Peru.

Cons:

Just a couple of small things: the shampoo and conditioner were on the lower‑quality side (surprisingly, even a budget hotel in Cusco had slightly better ones). Another small detail was the laundry service. My friend and I had been traveling for three weeks before arriving in Lima, so I really needed some properly cleaned clothing. The items came back not quite as clean as I expected. My sports T‑shirt still had a noticeable sweat smell, and my hiking pants, although not very dirty, didn’t feel fully fresh either. I understand this may simply be due to different laundry methods or systems. Overall, it wasn’t a major issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning, as I wasn’t able to wear those clothes afterward. Other than these minor points, the hotel is fabulous and the service is good.
