Great location but not great value for money.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with good walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and Rogers Place.

Cons:

The halls stank of weed, the first room we were given had a leaky shower tap, and the second room had a very annoying buzzing sound which we couldn't find the source of. Additionally, our key cards stopped working before the end of our stay, some lights were broken in the room, and parking was not included, which is a complete rip-off. It's $20 for the night, though the signs in the parking lot itself said $15. It was $16 if you became a member of HIG.

1 night, close to where we needed to be in the morning, affordable and convenient.
Pros:

Spacious room, great breakfast, friendly staff, fridges and microwaves in room.

Cons:

Room near the elevator and sports groups were staying, a bit noisy. The balcony door was left ajar and difficult to lock - the weather was -22. An older room - clean but needs upgrading.

Best Hotel I have Stayed At!
Pros:

Best hotel ever. Balcony has a full view of downtown. Only small disappointment is the bed size but thats the room we chose. Definitely a must stay!!!

Good hotel with all required amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast had everything we needed and wasn't too busy which was nice. The room was fine for a family of four and the beds were very comfortable. The car park had electrical points to plug our car in as it was well below freezing.

Cons:

The area wasn't quite what we expected.

Great location but terrible value with the added early check in fee!
Pros:

The location of the property was great. Being attached to the Red Arrow station is very convenient. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I arrived to the property at noon and discovered that the property charges a $50 early check-in fee.(before 3:00pm). This amount is equal to a third of the cost of the room. This charge is ridiculous as it appeared that my room was ready and there is no inconvenience for the hotel. This charge just felt like another way for the hotel to make money.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, and the location was great for going to hospital. Room was fairly spacious.

Cons:

Hot tub was very very cold. Room Door didn't shut properly. The toilet overflowed from the top of the toilet however they did fix it. They left all the dirty towels that were used to clean it up on the floor. They did not offer to remove them.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the spa tub was exactly what we wanted. The water pressure for shower was perfect. Everything was great.
