I love the location of the hotel. It is very accessible to everything.
We were at 7th floor. And there were some construction going on during our stay. We weren't able to relax because of the loud noise and banging sound from the construction.
Breakfast area is huge. Food is fine. Pools looks nice.
Outlets in the room are loose. Some food in the breakfast was not refilled on time.

Parking. I need to pay
The location was excellent, with good walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and Rogers Place.
The halls stank of weed, the first room we were given had a leaky shower tap, and the second room had a very annoying buzzing sound which we couldn't find the source of. Additionally, our key cards stopped working before the end of our stay, some lights were broken in the room, and parking was not included, which is a complete rip-off. It's $20 for the night, though the signs in the parking lot itself said $15. It was $16 if you became a member of HIG.
Breakfast
Parking spaces were slightly limited during the hockey game, but we were still able to get a spot outside the hotel.
Amazing staff at check in and appreciated the extras like having a garbage bin outside in the parking lot.
Best customer service I have had in a long time.
