舒適，出行方便的酒店
Pros:

地理位置優越，房間整體舒適

Cons:

原來酒店裝修工程進行中，訂房時完全不知情，住宿期間更有3天居然由早上10點至下午4點停水，諸多不便，也沒有給予樽裝水代用。

Pros:

Location was fabulous and we could walk everywhere we needed to. We also loved the balcony option.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was under construction during our stay so water was being cut off for the full day. The fridge door in the room was broken (hinge) and the lamp was broken and taped up all the way around with packing tape.

Pros:

The hotel was clean

Cons:

The receptionist in the morning was rude. I called in asking to send HK with water and a laundry bag and he asked me to come down to take them. I did and he wanted me to take a cup and drink from the water at the lobby!! When I told him I needed it for the coffee machine and to take medication, he gave me a small one. I asked for one more and he was too rude.

Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were trying their best to make the stay pleasant.

Cons:

The extreme smell of curry in the lobby and room, was unbearable. Toilet almost overflowed every time. Bathtub was rusted and the drain backed up with every shower. The shower curtain was covered in pubic hair (not ours). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly( toenail clippings everywhere) and paid a premium price for 1 star accommodation.

Be better if it was quite
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice with the balcony.

Cons:

Hotel was under renovation during my stay and there was constant banging and construction noise first thing in the morning.

Great intro to Edmonton
Pros:

Great rooms with comfortable beds and ideal aircon units. Charming balconies with views, coffee machines and nice welcome chocolate! Breakfast was a good spread. The omelettes were a real feature for me.

Cons:

Swimming pool was closed as part of the refurb and the business centre had a minor glitch but that was resolved by the staff.

tutto perfetto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

stanza veramente grande e comoda e pulita, posizione centralissima, parcheggio scoperto ma molto grande

Cons:

Colazione identica ad altro albergo della stessa catena...si potrebbe fare di più ma va bene. Albergo in ristrutturazione quindi non pulitissimo ma perchè c'erano dei lavori.

Chris at the front desk was a great chain ambassador.
Pros:

Service at the front desk was excellent. Kudos to Chris who made it special from the first moment. He did the chain proud!
As well the breakfast staff were great!

Cons:

The threat of no water was bad. We were thrilled that the water shutoff was cancelled. Room was not cleaned as it should have been. Toilet paper was not replaced (spare roll) for a day. Coffee pods missed one day. Nothing earth shattering, but irritating.

Not good, should have been notified of the construction impacting our stay.
Pros:

Proximity to downtown events.
Staff was professional and friendly, apologized for the situation.

Cons:

Water was not available between 10 and 5 every day. When it was available attempted to have a bath and the water was brown, could not bathe.

Keys for a large group of guests stopped working, line up to all have new keys provided.

Paid for parking but still issued ticket (staff was going to arrange to have it removed).
