We come to Nashville about once a month in business and we will ONLY stay at Hyatt Place Brentwood! The front desk team are so kind and friendly, the breakfast team are wonderful, housekeeping is perfect and the maintenance crew have helped us in the past and they too have been wonderful. Thank you all for making your hotel our home away from home!

>We had a couple minor fixes needed in the “sold out” hotel and the site Engineer immediately responded and fixed them; he was very personable, apologetic (not his fault), and became a friend empathyto us
>Front desk staff was very friendly, never too busy to answer and help; very accosting to some stay changes we needed
>The General Manager was concerned for us and said “anything we can do to help” more than once.
Highly recommend this hotel. We felt less stressed when needed.

From the time we checked in until the time that we checked out, this hotel felt like it was our own home. Everyone from General Manager, Front Desk Staff, Maintenance, Cleaners and everyone else it takes to run a place like this were the most wonderful people we've ever come in contact with. My wife and I both travel for a living and this hotel was just a breath of fresh air! The lobby was great and very spacious for fun evening hangouts as well as getting out of the room during the day for a call, it was a perfect situation all around. TONs of parking, super safe area of town and Target and restaurants extremely close. It just goes to show you that the PEOPLE are what make the difference and the best experience possible and the people here are different in the best way possible!!!

Amazing service at the front desk by Chris and Kelly. I'm a business traveler and they always do their best to provide an excellent room. They are incredibly accommodating, with clean and comfortable rooms. This hotel is an excellent choice.

This was our home during the recent ice storm in Nashville that took out power for so many. The hotel manager, Jeff, and the front desk manager, Chris, were such hard working people who made so many feel at ease and like family during this difficult time. The maintenance staff was on call and available and the cleaning staff did a great job. The kitchen staff was gracious and made hot breakfasts every morning, filling in as much as they could when their delivery trucks couldn’t make it. I am so thankful for this place! Great staff, great rooms, great prices.

During the ice storm of 2026 in Nashville, we had to abandon our home. The fine folks at the Hyatt here, took us and many other families in during a 240k+ person power outage across the city. From check in to check out, Jeff, Chris, and team were so compassionate and kind. They stayed up late, made sure we were comfortable, baked extra cookies and pizzas for kids since there was no food or restaurants open (even Waffle House closed!). For 6 days, while the world around us was paralyzed by ice and power outages, these folks took great care of us. They will forever be in our good graces and our go to recommendation for anyone staying in Nashville.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Cleaning service only offered every 3rd day which I didn't realize until the 3rd day. Hotel could use some updates but the people were nice and I thought the breakfast was good. Traveling for my daughter's club volleyball tournament and the kids enjoyed it which is probably the most important thing.

Jeff, Chris, and the entire staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. After a winter storm left our house without power for eight days, we ended up making Hyatt Place our second home and truly couldn’t have picked a better place. Throughout our stay, we received excellent service, comfortable accommodations, daily breakfast, and thoughtful check-ins from management. They handled a stressful situation with real grace and generosity. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Brentwood during winter storm Fern when Nashville was hit hard by an ice storm. My family didn’t have power for six days. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood! The rooms were clean and very warm. The staff, especially the general manager, Jeff, went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The hotel was packed with displaced families. Jeff, Chris, and Mike worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was happy and to prioritize the people who were there to keep adding nights if needed. They were not charging cancellation fees, if any of us got our power back and needed to cancel an added night. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the Nashville area with easy access to everything and a great staff who will prioritize your needs, don’t hesitate to book the Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood!

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Brentwood! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided in the morning which was a great time saver and benefit that added a little extra touch of hospitality. I do wish there were a little more parking spaces in the hotel though. I found out that at full capacity, parking may be a little hard to find. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again.

THANK YOU HYATT BRENTWOOD!! Our family was displaced during the major January ice-storm, and we were without power in our home for 6 days. My hubby, 3 kids (including a newborn!!) and two doggies made the Hyatt our home for nearly a week. Many of our neighbors joined us at the hotel to find shelter from the storm. The staff, namely Jeff, Chris & Mike were INCREDIBLE. Truly. They knew every guest by name and looked after us so kindly during a very stressful time in our community. They stayed on 24/7 to care for us and help us all to feel at home. I will never forget how kind and accommodating these gentlemen were. ABOVE & BEYOND. Also worth noting- our family was able to sleep comfortably in a double room. A roomy pull-out sofa, two comfy queen beds, a handy kitchenette, and a great daily breakfast. Will glady recommend the Hyatt to any future guests of our family, and will drop in to say hello to our front-desk friends from time to time. THANK YOU HYATT. <3

I actually live near this hotel, but my home lost power during a recent ice storm. This hotel was a godsend! It was easy to make a reservation here and easy to get to the hotel. I stayed for five days. Every member of the team is professional and caring. The service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious. My room was clean, spacious and perfect. This hotel never lost power, despite half of Nashville losing power. And the rates are reasonable and affordable.

This hotel is my permanent "Plan B." And it's the first place I recommend to visiting friends and family. I am so grateful for this hotel! I love this hotel!

What an amazing staff!! We are staying here during the ice storm and the team is keeping this place running despite very challenging circumstances. Everyone we’ve encountered has been pleasant, professional and patient. Incredible under these conditions.

With the awful Ice Storm Fran - Nashville residents were left with few choices about staying warm and safe. Hyatt Place met and exceeded our needs! Chris checked us in, along with everyone else who found this hotel. Chris was patient and kind, and greeted each customer warmly. He helped me quickly and we were able to settle in our room. We had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea in the room. I was blown away by the professionalism shown by Chris and the manager-this was a high stress day, and they were amazing. I live in Nashville but if I need a place to stay for a few days-this will be my go-to choice. Can’t wait for breakfast!
