Location was secluded. Staff was nice enough. Rooms are horrible-outdated. Bathroom is a closet. You open the door then have to step into the shower before you can shut the door
This place is run down. I had to ask to be moved because the initial room was not clean. The clerk was on a personal phone call on his cell when I arrived. He told the person "hold on" and then placed the phone on the counter. I'm certain the person on the phone hear our entire conversation. How unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Sheraton across the street.
The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. My room was very spacious too. The entire staff was great! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. They displayed the meaning of excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is outstanding in every regard! I´m 74 and, to be honest, difficult to please; however, from the moment I entered, I was tremendously pleased: lovely lobby, cheerful, friendly staff and absolutely immaculate! Check-in took only moments, our room was spacious and quite comfortable, and the bathroom was incredibly clean (the shower even drained properly). The staff is marvelous, immediately taking care of my requests (extra pillows and towels). The fitness center is fully-equipped and spotless. Breakfast was an unexpected treat with a wide variety of entrees, fruit, and juices. Finally, this hotel´s pricing is so very reasonable, particularly considering its excellent location! I guarantee you will be as thrilled as we were!
We rolled into the hotel fairly late but the front desk staff member was kind and informative. Our family felt safe in the hotel environment. The room was clean and all requests were met. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Also, our 1.5 year old loved the waffles and bananas!

My family has been using this Hyatt when we travel for years! Everyone here is super friendly, rooms are clean, and prices are affordable. We will no doubt continue to stay here when visiting!
We come to Nashville about once a month in business and we will ONLY stay at Hyatt Place Brentwood! The front desk team are so kind and friendly, the breakfast team are wonderful, housekeeping is perfect and the maintenance crew have helped us in the past and they too have been wonderful. Thank you all for making your hotel our home away from home!

>We had a couple minor fixes needed in the “sold out” hotel and the site Engineer immediately responded and fixed them; he was very personable, apologetic (not his fault), and became a friend empathyto us
>Front desk staff was very friendly, never too busy to answer and help; very accosting to some stay changes we needed
>The General Manager was concerned for us and said “anything we can do to help” more than once.
Highly recommend this hotel. We felt less stressed when needed.
