Failure to return the security deposit
Cons:

A very poor hotel—good only for an overnight stay before moving on. The breakfast was bad. The hotel failed to return the security deposit, despite emails and requests for an explanation.

Only the bed was comfortableThe only girl at reception was kind and treated me well.

Cons:

The room was full of insects, there was a towel in the bathtub, and I was upset because the swimming pool was closed, which was the reason I came. There were also two angry men at reception, and I didn't like how they treated me.

Overrall a good stay, everything was pretty good.
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was pretty good, fresh food, the staff was nice and helpful. It was quiet, not too far from the boardwalk. Will definitely come and visit again.

Cons:

Few strains of hair in the bed..under the top sheet.

Great customer service
Pros:

The room was clean, a little musty but clean. I also left behind an item and they called me right away when housekeeping was cleaning to let me know.

Cons:

It was just a tad musty smelling in the room.

Pros:

I was given a nice hotel room on the ground floor near an entrance at no extra cost.

Free breakfast was nice when the cafeteria wasn't too crowded to get it.

Always had fresh towels - running hot water worked as expected.

Cons:

The little mini keurig coffee machine was dirty and only 2 coffee packs provided. A cheap Mr. Coffee on/off would have been preferable.

Not woth the money!
Pros:

Location was not too bad

Cons:

The condition of the room and bathroom was disappointing. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom door, and there was also a foul smell in the room. I had to ask the staff to move us to another room.
The second room was better overall, but unfortunately, the toilet was not flushing properly.
Breakfast was also very basic, with limited choices, and could definitely be improved.

Was and Good location the lady at the front desk was vary polite and the the best she could to a commode was and a good place.

I recommend Ramada as it has A good pool. Close by to the casino’s, just need more staffing to enforcing the pool rules.
Pros:

The room was were pretty clean and the receptionist was friendly and honest. The pool was right downstairs. It was quiet and relaxing and it’s 10 minutes away from the broad-walk. Parking was free.

Cons:

The elevators had no A/C. The hallways smells. There was A pet owner who brought his dog into the pool where my children was swimming but there was A sign that said no pets in the pool. The A/C stopped working in the middle if the night, we had to play around with the settings and it magically started to work again.
