Credit card and identification documents will always be requested upon check-in as a guarantee. Clients that are not credit card holders will have to leave a 25% deposit.

Group Reservations:
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, payment conditions are as follows:
- 10% payment of the total reservation cost must be made to the hotel at the time of booking;
- The remaining 90% must be paid 7 days prior to groups arrival.

The hotel has a specific group (+10 rooms) cancelation policy, that will be informed at time of booking.

Clients departing prior to booked departure date will be charged the complete stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and will use the hotel again in the future!!!
Pros:

Everything was very enjoyable about our stay!!!!!! Staff were very friendly and efficient! Room was comfortable, the view over the 'roof' from the balcony was a little industrial???

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool area was not available, which we wish we had known before travel, as I was recovering from a total knee replacement and was looking forward to just relaxing by the pool????

Comfortable hotel in fantastic location.
Pros:

The hotel is a located right in the centre of the Vale do Lobo area within fifty yards or so of the restaurants/bars and beach area. The room we had was very comfortable as was the huge bed. We had a balcony overlooking the golf course and you could also had a view of the sea. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

Cons:

There is no gym within the hotel which we found surprising for a 5 star. There was also construction work taking place beside the pool which we hadn't been informed about therefore couldn't use this area. However the hotel provided us with free access to the local beach club as recompense which was very nice.

Pros:

Close to everything you need for short break and playing golf

Cons:

Noise as workers renewing the decking by pool even at weekend so hard to relax by the pool.
Why this was not done during the winter months before the high season starts and guests wanting to relax by the pool

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay as usual and hope to continue in the future.

I didn’t appreciate the Reception Staff asking me if I would like to leave a ‘ Tip’ !
I had tipped on every meal and drink, gave the Breakfast Staff and Room Cleaners a tip on the last day !
This is the second time at the Hotel that I have been asked this by a female Receptionist on leaving and I consider it out of order !

Excellent staff, great room- but please warn us that the works are going on, or adjust the price.
Pros:

Friendly staff, Generous 5 star room space, view, and specification- thankyou for soap samples too. Breakfast buffet, had wide choices, all fresh.
Good bar, with choice of TVs for U.S. Masters Golf and football, and a good bar performer.

Cons:

Perhaps we arrived during a period of annual heavy maintenance- the whole beach was being reprofiled with JCBs and suction pipes, the decking around the pool was being ripped up, pool very cold, no gym or indoor pool option locally, even if we had to travel locally.

Cons:

The swimming pool was drained and the exterior of the hotel was tired. Lack of pool ruined the trip. The whole idea was to sit around the pool for 4 days over the Easter break. The hotel should have advised prior to arrival and I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere in the area. Manager apologised and offered the use of facilities elsewhere, but that is not acceptable in a 5* (allegedly) hotel. It was a 'lump it' situation and because I didn't want the palaver of repacking and moving elsewhere, we lumped it. I used to regularly stay at the hotel in the past, but never again. The website contained no information about closed pool area onto which the restaurant looks. Spoiled weekend.

Pros:

Room was v comfy. The manager, breakfast and pool bar staff were welcoming and excellent service. The pool was closed for maintenance (these things happen) but the alternatives offered were great. Such a good location in the resort.

Location is always great

Cons:

To say it was Easter, the pool was closed for maintenance all week. The main part of our holiday is to be by the pool sunbathing & swimming all week. So for it not to be mentioned was a disgrace as we would not have stayed at the hotel if we were made aware of the situation.. I use booking.conn countless times over a year & I’m so disappointed that our holiday was ruined by this matter.

Hotel relaxante, numa posição categórica em vale do lobo!
Pros:

A excelência dos funcionários, sua simpatia, disposição e empenho fabuloso. Da localização, preço mais realista nos tempos que vivemos. Qualidade no pequeno-almoço apesar de pouca variedade. Estacionamento no hotel.

Cons:

Infelizmente a piscina não estava disponível devido a atraso na manutenção e visto estarem duas de calor tinha dado imenso jeito:)
O pequeno almoço devia ter mais variedade de escolhas. Visto trata-se de um hotel de 5 estrelas.
