Für einen Kurztrip durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren gut. Sowohl Check-in wie Check-out liefen unkompliziert.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider waren die Lüftungen oberhalb der Fenster nicht einzustellen, sodass es sehr gezogen hat und man die Räumlichkeiten schlecht warm bekommen hat. Darüber hinaus war es dadurch recht laut durch die Tram.

Die Lage war in Ordnung

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers entsprach in keiner Weise der Darstellung auf Booking.com. Sauberkeit und allgemeiner Standard waren deutlich unter dem, was man bei diesem Preisniveau erwarten darf. Das Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt und nicht ausreichend vorbereitet für ankommende Gäste.

Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde zwar angeboten, jedoch nur in eine aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls nicht zufriedenstellende Alternative. Eine echte, gleichwertige Lösung wurde nicht bereitgestellt.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Beschwerde. Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, wurde im Nachhinein der Eindruck vermittelt, ich hätte die Situation akzeptiert – was nicht zutrifft. Eine faire Lösung oder Entgegenkommen wurde nicht angeboten.
Wir haben nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft gewechselt wobei es aber wie gesagt absolut kein Entgegenkommen von diesem Hotel gab.
Unseren Silvesterurlaub hätten wir uns besser vorgestellt.

Insgesamt hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass Kundenzufriedenheit hier Priorität hat. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich die Unterkunft keinesfalls erneut buchen und empfehle zukünftigen Gästen, ihre Erwartungen entsprechend vorsichtig zu halten.

Solo lo utilicé para descansar el resto del día estuve ausente.
Pros:

Sin duda el desayuno, lo mejor.

Cons:

La primera limpieza se produjo 8 días después de mi estancia.
Toallas sólo había 1 y se cambió a los 8 días.
Mi estancia solo fue para dormir y el desayuno que entraba en el precio.
Solicité una manta (por tener frio y NO SE ME DIO, el baño no tenía calefacción y me facilitaron un radiador en recepción.
La ducha del agua fría no funcionaba, no había gel de ducha. Utilicé el gel de manos del lavabo
