Easter in Stockolm
Pros:

The property is close to the train as well as the underground station, 10-15 min to the city centre.
Mini markets, restaurants and bar available in the area.
It is worth the money if you plan the stay for sleeping and leverage the public transport.

Cons:

Decent apartment wirh basic furniture and amenities.
At the arrival there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain.
The sink drain was clogged and made it inconvenient to use.
Most of the time the property is unattended, then you can get into troubles if you face any issue during your stay. In our case we discovered that linens were not available for the third bed, then I spent some time to reach out to the on-call support and sort it out; at the end of the day I had to walk around the building and search linens in some cabinets placed on the different floors , and was so lucky to find it in one out of 5 floors. Unhandy !

Маленькая квартира со всеми удобствами в гостинице. Рекомендую.
Pros:

Маленькая квартира в гостинице) было все необходимое: посуда, сковородки, кастрюли, вилки, ложки, ножи. Микроволновка, чайник, индукционная плита, холодильник, раковина. Даже гладильная доска и утюг. Фен. Жидкое мыло и кондиционер в дозаторах. Спортивный зал на 15 этаже с шикарным видом на Стокгольм. Мы приехали на машине. Поэтому парковка за отелем была очень кстати. Оплачивали через приложение easy pay. Завтрак простой: хлопья, молоко, йогурт, варёные яйца, кавьяр, немного фруктов и овощей. Хлеб, масло, намазки, варенья. Кофе, чай, соки. Голодными не были. В гостиной раскладной диван, в спальне 2 односпальные кровати. Для дивана был хороший матрац в одном из шкафов. Постельное белье чистое, приятное к коже. Вход в гостиницу, номер, спортивный зал по коду, который приходит примерно за час до заселения. В пешей доступности магазины и кафе, которые работают каждый день. Администратора на рецепшене мы ни разу не видели. Но он и не нужен был.

Cons:

Неприятный запах канализации при заселении. Но просто спустив воду во всех раковинах, унитазе и душе и лёгком проветривании - проблема была решена самостоятельно.

Gute Bahnanbindung!
Pros:

Die Lage war super! Gleich an der Bahnstation! Zimmer war geräumig, trotz Bahnnähe wars auch nicht laut. Frühstück war auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Preis-Leistung voll ok! In der Nähe gibts auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Lokal.

Cons:

Das Geschirr war nicht ganz so sauber und im Bad hats nach Kanal gestunken.

Für einen Kurztrip durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren gut. Sowohl Check-in wie Check-out liefen unkompliziert.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider waren die Lüftungen oberhalb der Fenster nicht einzustellen, sodass es sehr gezogen hat und man die Räumlichkeiten schlecht warm bekommen hat. Darüber hinaus war es dadurch recht laut durch die Tram.
