In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, gleich in der Nähe war ein Einkaufszentrum, die Tram und die U-Bahn. Das Personal am Empfang, das Reinigungspersonal und die technischen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde es sofort gelöst. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Beim Personal an der Bar fehlt es manchmal an Freundlichkeit und an der Konzentration. Unsere 2.Bestellung wurde nicht gebracht. Die Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eigentlich bedarf es einer Grundsanierung. Ein Fahrstuhl ist defekt, dadurch am Wochenende extrem lange Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl. Wenn man dann verzweifelt das Treppenhaus nimmt, dann sieht es nicht schön und ansprechend aus. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Badewannen sind für ältere Menschen sehr gefährlich. Zumal man in diesen alten Badewannen nur noch duschen kann, niemals möchte sich da jemand reinsetzen.

Nice and friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, local food aisle in the breakfast buffet, availability of the swimming pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Slow elevator (I know there is renovation, but still), I would love to see bigger selection of vegetables (e.g. paprika) and pickles for breakfast. Also coffee is not great... acceptable, but I would expect a higher quality coffee in such a nice hotel.
While the staff is very friendly I was not fully satisfied - gentleman at the lobby gave me wrong floor number (20th instead of 22nd - no biggie, but somewhat unexpected mistake; cleaning lady was not understanding even basic English - we communicated with hand gestures, she did her best and was friendly, but I never had that issue before in a good hotels. When I asked for iron and ironing board I waited for an hour and had to call reception again to get it deliver. All of these were sorted out at the end, but somewhat reduced the overall satisfcation.
