Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine der besten Aussicht in der ganzen Stadt. Das Doppelbett war sehr komfortabel, daher sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, besonders Honza von der Rezeption hatte sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel met voortreffelijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ontzetten vriendelijk personeel. Heel comfortabele bedden en kamers met heel mooi uitzicht. Ook uitstekend gegeten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Het hotel is wel een eindje van het historisch centrum, maar met de metro ben je er super snel en er is een metro stop heel dicht bij het hotel.

Sehr enttäuschend und alt
Pros:

Frühstück sinnlich toll: alle Klassiker, frischgekochte Eier, verschiedenste Kaffeespezialitäten, verschiedenes frisches Obst, Sojadrink, Obst zum Mitnehmen, Säfte usw.; ruhige Zimmer

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es sieht erst schick aus, aber die Möbel, Türen etc sind total alt. Der "Föhn" ist während der Benutzung auseinandergefallen! Und das Bild täuscht. Wir haben extra davor nachgelesen und wollten kostenfrei das Gym nutzen. Dann die Enttäuschung: Wir hätten den falschen Tarif gewählt und müssten für 60min Nutzung 12€ bezahlen. Gleiches gilt für das Schwimmbad. Keine Ahnung was das soll. Werden beim nächsten Prag-Besuch definitiv ein anderes Hotel wählen! Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Pros:

Od prvního okamžiku vše naprosto skvělé. Počínaje profesionálním přístupem recepčního pana Honzy, krásným pokojem s výhledem na Prahu, pohodlnou postelí a hezkými prostory. Nebyla jsem zde poprvé ani naposledy.

Comfortable stay with basic wellness center
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the lobby was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The wellness center was a bit disappointing. It was very small and didn't have a "spa" vibe—more like an old, run-down gym. The hot tub and steam room weren't very hot. It was nice that there was a cold plunge. The photos on the website made it seem like you could see a beautiful city view from the hot tub, but in fact the windows were so fogged up that you couldn't see anything. We specifically picked this place because the wellness center seemed amazing from the photos, but the ambiance just wasn't quite what we expected. That said, the staff was very friendly and the hotel overall was great.

checkout až v 11h, bar v lobby příjemný. Postele pohodlné.

Cons:

tento hotel se vybavením zasekl v 90. letech. Dveře v koupelně popraskané a rozlepené od vlhka, nábytek tak 20 let starý, koupelna bez rekonstrukce snad od postavení . Cena/kvalita rozhodně neodpovídá. Ze snídaně Vás 15min před koncem začnou vyhazovat a úderem 10h vše sklidí. Výtahy jsou původní z dob komunismu. Vybavení na pokoji žádné. Exteriér hotelu Vám připadá, že hotel musí být mimo provoz.
