Again great there just not the part dealing with booking
Pros:

The property was great the staff was amazing even with compensating with booking.com’s mess ups

Overall good, the room was compact but met our needs and we really enjoyed our swim in the pool!
Pros:

They were short-staffed and so the nice lady who was taking orders from breakfast didn't know how to make a cappuccino or anything more complex than a coffee. the food was great but it was obvious that this hotel doesn't really have enough people on-hand. We ate a simple dinner in the hotel the night before which was fine but also there was a long wait.

Cons:

The happy-hour could have been more "happy" - for a Saturday night, the whole place seemed sort of deserted which was strange.

Save yourself a headache, book elsewhere!
Pros:

Arrived with a prepaid booking, only to be told it wasn't in the system. The front desk did eventually find the booking, but that was the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The bistro had very limited choices from the menu, either pizza or wings, nothing else. The bar has no supplies ( the bartender even said "I have literally 2 glasses" ). Pool area was closed/unavailable, and the wifi did not work at all! It was all down hill from there. With the branding "by Marriott" you would expect better facilities, better supplies, just better all around. I could have stayed at the run down motel down the street and it wouldn't have been the disappointment this was.

Pros:

We went for 2 nights so we could have 1 full day at Opryland at Christmas time. It’s very very close to Opryland and The Grand Ole Opry. Perfect location to visit those. No complaints except there is not complimentary coffee in the lobby - you either have to drink the in-room coffee or purchase the on-site Starbucks coffee which is $5 for a regular large coffee. The room was surprisingly dark.

Would Not Recommend
Pros:

Check in was easy and the woman at the desk was nice. The room was dated, the bathtub was not clean, the internet did not work and the bedroom tv did not work either. There had been several car break-ins at and around this property prior to our arrival. Luckily, we did not experience that but I would not recommend this property to anyone.
