The hotel has potential based on location, however, the rooms are in dire need of some upgrades. The property is also not well kept. I saw both a wasp nest the size of my hand outside the window and what was a birds nest on the balcony. Windows and balcony doors did not lock. The 4th floor hallway was 84 degrees. The best part of the hotel was the lobby and Andrea at the front desk who was super nice. It can be a good hotel if brought up to date and maintained.
It looks fancy and very clean and easy
I have no complaints
Close to Opry complex.
Older than I expected with carpet stains and smells;
The ADA room definitely had smoking smells even though the entire place is supposedly smoke-free. Also - no breakfast even though it says so.
The hideaway seclusion.
The PILLOWS and TV reception.
No fue posible que me diera la factura del alojamiento a nombre de la empresa para la que trabajo.
Clean, staff was wonderful
Clean
Breakfast was not available as posted
The front counter people kim.and romone
Nothing
It was quiet and comfortable
The staff was great and so friendly
Clean hotel, near the airport, need a car but they can organise shuttle bus into downtown Nashville, not far from the Grand Ole Opry
Pleasant hotel in the Opry land area, staff welcoming, clean room, you need a car to stay there, although there is a shuttle bus into downtown, breakfast not provided but plenty of places nearby, good place to stay if you are going to the grand ole opry
It was very clean
I booked it because it was a queen room with two queen beds AND a pullout sofa bed. That was not true at all. There were no queen beds with a sofa bed even available in the hotel at all so we made a bed for my son out of blankets on the floor. It was falsely advertised on Booking.com.
Location
Here 4 nights, room only cleaned once, even though staff was notified.
