Never to come back again!

The pool is nice as well as the history of the property.

Cons:

To start the rooms are old and in serious need of updating, in our room the handles were all broken and the A/C would stop working every other hour, making it impossible to sleep, we finally changed rooms and the other one that they brought us too had so much mold in it we had to leave. The hotel also gets overrun with events which make it very difficult to enjoy any of the facilities. Also one time we went to the front desk to ask for water, and the lady basically laughed at us for wanting water from the tap, rude, pretentious and classist is how I would describe the lady at the front desk who is there in the evening. In general the whole environment is very pretentious when it really isn’t that nice. Far from a 5 star hotel, I might give it a 2.5 if I was be in kind. Also the breakfast was lackluster, undercooked eggs and lots of artificially flavored ingredients that don’t represent the real gastronomy of this wonderful city Barranquilla. Overall would never stay again!
