The staff were fabulous.The hotel needs some little work updating. The hotel needs to put more towels in the room

This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport, and Stockholm is only about a half-hour ride away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated by my wife and me, as this was our first time here and we knew absolutely nothing about getting around.
Room was great when I finally got there after taking shuttle to wrong Radisson hotel. Directions could be a little clearer for guests travelling on Arlanda Express

The room we got was with a poor cleaned toilet. Also we are not given proper hygiene kit like toothbrush and need to ask. The front desk receptionist wasn’t friendly
The bathtub drain caused the floor drain to back up such that tbere was a flood when i tried to drain the tub.
Ideal to get a good rest before morning flight. Less than 5 minute walk to check in at Terminal 5
Room was large, clean, large windows, close to check in desk. We enjoyed the early breakfast. Having that start at 4:30 am is a real plus.
2 TVs but remotes didn’t work well. Maybe new batteries?
A convenient place to stay before an early flight. Our taxi driver from Stockholm had a difficult time locating where to drop us off. It was confusing signage. Once we found it the staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and nice. Again, the long semicircular hallways were somewhat confusing. A few more signs pointing to the elevator would be helpful.

Perfect overnight stay for early flight in morning. Make sure you get breakfast included, best value for your money in airport
