Reise nach Prag
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral, durch die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, braucht man nachts nicht das Fenster öffnen und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat eine Eintrittshöhe von etwa 30 cm, der Schiebeingabg nur einseitig zu öffnen. Dadurch ist es sehr eng reinzukommen und die Höhe ist eine Unfallquelle. Ob das in allen Zimmern so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

outre la bouilloire pour le thé proposé en chambre, il serais appréciable d'avoir une machine a café type Nespresso et des capsules plutot que du café liophylisé , ainsi que un fer à repasser, s'agissant d'un hôtel 5 étoiles?

Pros:

地理位置優越，周邊購物、飲食、景點，步行皆能輕鬆抵達。房間基本設備齊全，床鋪軟硬適中，清潔程度優秀；早餐足夠且好吃，飲品的選擇也豐富。

Cons:

浴室的洗浴遮板只能遮不到一半，洗浴時得注意淋浴角度，地板容易淋濕，得格外小心注意。

המלון מקסים ומפנק. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת,
החדר היה מספיק גדול גם ל 3
הצוות היה נהדר!, מסביר פנים, עזרו לנו להתמצא וסייעו בנעימות בכל מה שביקשנו.
המיקום מצוין שקט ומרכזי והיה קל להגיע ברגל ובתחבורה ציבורית לכל מקום.

Cons:

אהבנו כמעט הכל. כמה פרטים קטנים לשיפור:
המנקות העירו אותנו בחלק מהבקרים למרות ששמנו שלט שמבקש לא להפריע.
היה מעט מידי מקום לתליית מגבות/ תיקים/ בגדים.
האמבטיה גדולה נהיה ומרווחת אבל גבוהה קשה ומחליק לצאת ממנה.

Great Hotel !!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located (few minutes from Old Town square) .The room was very clean , but a bit outdated ( part of hotel charm I guess) . The air conditioning, though, worked impeccably - very important at summer. The breakfast with many choices and very tasty .Overall great hotel!

Cons:

The facilities (bath and elevators ) are a bit old fashioned ( as in all historic buildings ) so nothing really .

Ein super schöner Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze ! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Das Personal ist super freundlich!!! Unser Zimmer im 5.Stock war groß und sehr sauber.Das Abendessen mit Piano-Begleitung am Freitag und Samstag war phänomenal. Es hat alles gepasst!

Awesome location with great breakfast ans friendly staff
Pros:

Already before arriving the communication with the hotel was great. Always almost immediate responses via Booking.com chat. Also nice emailing upfront about additional services auch as pralines you could have put into your room. I also asked to pre-cool the room as pur arrival day was forecast to be 35 degrees. That worked perfectly.

On arrival the bell boy tool care of the luggage and our car was parked. The staff was super friendly, special meals as prearrange were already setup.

The whole interior of the hotel is very nice and consistent. The rooms comfortable, big and clean. Also absolutely quiete, considering that we had a room facing the backyard. The hotel is located eight in the middle of old town. Easy walking distance to the shopping streets, Karls bridge, northern Moldau piers where the sighseeing cruise ships start.

The gym is small but functional so if you need a little workout that can also be done in site. The spa area is quite small, though. But that‘s something you xan already see st the photos. So it was ok for us.

The breakfast is great with a good choice and again friendly staff present that helps with everything you might need. We also had dinner in the small hotel restaurant with live piano music. The food was good as well and the ambiente perfectly matches the hotel style.

When departing our car was brought back from parking and staff helped loadung the luggage.

I can highly recommend choosing this hotel to explore Prague. We will come back here.

Location is great.

Cons:

The hotel is very outdated and certainly does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Considering the price, the value for money is disappointing. In our opinion, it is a 4-star hotel at best

Praga mnie zachwyciła swoją architektura i pomimo krótkiego pobytu zobaczyłam wiele osobliwości tegoż miasta.
Pros:

Bardzo wygodne łóżko,komfortowa strefa spa i rewelacyjna lokalizacja.Przepiekny budynek robiący duże wrażenie.

Cons:

Monotonne śniadania i nie działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju.
