Hermoso hotel con detalles que enamoran.
Pros:

El edificio es hermoso y muy bien mantenido , el confort es ideal y
La ubicación inmejorable.

Cons:

El sistema de la división de la ducha. Es insuficiente para evitar salpicar.. es muy baja e incómoda.

Pros:

近くにショッピングモールもあり、メトロやトラムの駅も近くどこへ行くにもアクセスがしやすかった。
お部屋もクラシックな感じで素敵。
そして天井が高く、広々していた。
ワイングラスはありませんが、言えばくれるみたい。

Cons:

他は完璧なのに、お風呂だけ？な感じでした。
チェコでは毎日洗うものではないのかもしれないが。

המיקום היה בתוך סמטה אפילה ומפחידה. הכניסה למלון היתה בתוך מסעדה. היה שולחן קבלה בלבד, בתוך מסעדה. הכניסה למלון הייתה מפותלת ויציאה אחורית של המסעדה. הייתה מעלית זעירה וקלאסטרופובית שהספיקה בקושי לאדם אחד עם מזוודה בלבד.
החדר היה נמוך תקרה עם קורות חומות גדולות כבדות מעל הראש בסכנת היתקלות של הראש.

Предложили комнату очень маленькую. Для двоих человек негде были развернутся. Кондиционер не достал покоя, так как работал только на одной скорости .Не возможно было отрегулировать. Или невероятно холодно, или невозможно жарко.

É muito bom, mas não é 5 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, dentro do centro histórico. O café da manhã também foi ótimo e a equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. É um hotel muito bonito e tem um restaurante maravihoso.

Cons:

As instalações são antigas, não tem tomadas próximas às camas e eu particurlamente não gosto de pisos encarpetados, me dão alergia. A entrada do quarto com duas portas e chave pesada também não era muito conveniente. Precisa de uma modernização mantendo o charme histórico. Tinha mais expectativas pra um hotel 5 estrelas.

Its staff and the perfection of services has never been matched in any of my international travels! Service and delicacy were in evidence everywhere: from the sparkling clean of the maid service to the perfect!!! extensive kindness of the reception staff and all supportive staff...they SERVED us with grace, gentility and perfection!

贅沢なステイ
Pros:

全てにおいてスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。
朝食も品数が豊富で、スープ系の物は毎日内容が変わるので飽きることがありません。
清掃スタッフもちゃんと挨拶してくれて気持ちが良かったです。
もちろんお部屋の掃除も完璧です。
駅からすぐで便利です。
