Great Location, Decent Room, Dirty Curb Appeal
Pros:

The hotel ROOM itself was clean and organized; the bed was comfy, and the linens were also nice. The location is incredible. The staff is nice.

Cons:

The common areas and the exterior were unclean, poorly maintained, and just messy. Dirt on the stairs and elevator floors, an untidy front, remnants of dead holiday pine still in front of the flower boxes, and cigarette butts near the entrance. If they took the time to clean the common areas and keep them fresh, the hotel is a nice option. One other note: the hotel is in an old building, so if noise above is a problem, request or secure a top floor; you'll hear the people above you.

Sucio y desagradable
Pros:

Nada, con las fotos que se muestran una cama pequeña que no era para dos personas. El servicio no limpian toallas ni nada.

Cons:

El hotel en general deja mucho que desear, un experiencia horrible. El trato de recepción fatal.

Pros:

Emplacement central à proximité des transports. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

Great location, but tiny rooms, pricey parking, and limited evening staff
Pros:

I stayed here for a 2-night trip to Boston. While the location is unbeatable, there are a few pros and cons to weigh before booking.

The Pros:
-Location: Absolutely excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated, and I was able to walk everywhere.
-Check-in: The check-in was very easy and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
-Great Amenities: I loved having access to filtered water and a free coffee machine. The shower in my room was nice and hot, and the complimentary body cream was a very nice touch.

Things to Note:
-Room Size: The room was much smaller than expected. It was so tight that I could only access the bed from one side and couldn't walk around it.
-Staff Availability: My room didn't have a TV remote, and when I went to request one at 20:00, I couldn't find a staff member available to help.
-Housekeeping: My room was not cleaned during my 2-night stay (it is possible you have to request this, but it wasn't done automatically).
-Missing Amenities: I really would have loved a microwave in my room.
-Parking: Parking is located in a nearby lot. Even with the hotel discount, it was $25/day, which was more expensive than I expected.

If you just need a clean, well-located place to sleep and don't mind a small room, this is a solid choice.
