A small and cozy space for a quick trip!
Pros:

My initial reception/check in experience was excellent. I enjoyed the bathrobe provided and the set up of the room itself - compact, but comfortable. I liked the general vibe of the hotel as well.

Cons:

I liked all of it! It was the size I wanted for traveling alone. I guess some of the art was strange? Just scenes of the streets of Boston and its transit? But I didn't dislike them - it was just odd.

The location is good.

Cons:

The place is not as represented; the photographs are cleverly edited to make it look much nicer than it is. They have still not refunded the fees for the one night we cancelled ahead of our trip. The elevator makes worrying, loud clanking sounds that we could hear in the room. We walked up to the 5th floor rather than get in it a second time. Shower terrible, no water pressure, and impossible to adjust the temperature except to very hot. The safe in the room didn't work, there is no kettle or coffee in the room, only a machine in the very sad lobby, down five flights of stairs. But above all, this place just felt sketchy. It seems like maybe it was a low-income resident hotel that they are trying to convert. I don't think most of the rooms are in use. Even though it was booked, there weren't many guests around. There is only one person working at the desk. The inside of the building is like a tenement building not a hotel. Look at Trip advisor before booking.

This was a great place in a perfect location with very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location for a utilitarian one night stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Parking was easy. Free coffee was nice. Room is small but great for a quick trip

Cons:

Comforter inside of sheet had a strong mildew smell. There were hairs on the walls of the shower. Just some evidence of wear and tear everywhere. Room need a serious deep clean.
