The hotel is so well located - a very short walk from Boston Common and all of the major Boston sights. We loved the non-corporate feel and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. Some of the common areas - like the stairs - could use just a bit of cleaning attention. Highly recommend staying here! (FYI - it now goes under the name Hotel Found)

Cons:

Very small room. Noisy. We were just off the lobby and heard everyone and everything. Not very clean.

Stay for a show at Boch Center
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, a hard worker and accommodating! The bathroom and bed were fresh. The bed was comfortable! The view of the city was amazing. I loved opening the windows to the balcony. There was a storage cubby next to the bed with phone charger ports

Cons:

Sooo small!!! Hard to move around the bed. The carpet is dirty. There was a tissue blocking a hole in the bathroom wall, maybe where there is supposed to be a carbon monoxide alarm

Front desk staff person was quite friendly and professional.

Cons:

My room was just down the hall from the front desk, and every conversation from the desk was amplified into my room. Every time I turned on the TV it needed about 20 minutes to cycle through the options to populate the channels. Even the front desk person couldn't figure it out.

nice compact room.just in town for the night.was perfect for me.dylan was on when i checked in.helped secure me a cab ride to td gardens.i do this again,i know where im staying.thank you.

Hotel con excelente ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicación es inigualable, sobre todo por el precio. Me gustó que tienen convenio con YMCA y pude ir al gimnasio en instalaciones muy buenas. Además, tienen servicio de café y té gratuito 24 horas. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicacion. Estas a dos calles de Boston Commons, frente al hotel esta una estacion de Bikeblue, hay supermercados cerca.

Cons:

Pense que la habitacion era mas amplia de lo que en realidad era. Mi cuarto era muy oscuro y con vista hacia unas escaleras. Para un viajero que quiere pasar tiempo en su cuarto, no lo recomiendo. En mi caso, fue perfecto.
