J’étais au rez de chaussée et c’est vrai qu’on entend assez facilement l’étage supérieur.

Best budget hotel to reserve
Pros:

A lot of quality for the price. Central location, 20 minutes walking time from downtown and other main areas.

Cons:

Walls and windows were thin you could hear hallway and outside traffic noise.
