Wonderful Copenhagen Experience
Pros:

Loved everything

Cons:

I would have liked a bit more space for hanging and putting away our clothes. In addition some shelving under the sink or on wall in bathroom as it was very hard to put toiletries anywhere but the floor.

God morgenmad, senge samt betjening i receptionen undtagen lige det med nøglerne til bilen. smil

Morgenmaden var god og den italienske restaurant om aftenen der holder til der havde god betjening.

Cons:

Forsikringen på udlånsbiler gør at man ikke kan lade andre flytte eller køre i bilen. Vi ankom i en udlejningsbil og en af dem der arbejdede i receptionen insisterede på at få bilnøglerne på trods af at det gør imod hvad forsikringen for udlejningsbiler dækker. Det var lidt ubehageligt at skulle argumenterer for at beholde nøglerne. Vi havde givet vores mobil og værelsesnummer så receptionen kunne altid ringe efter os hvis det blev relevant og vi var ofte på værelset og tæt på hotellet når vi gik ud, så jeg kunne ikke se hvorfor det skulle være så stort en problem, bare at ringe efter os og så kunne vi flytte bilen hvis det blev relevant. Det var sådan set det eneste. Ellers var vi meget glade for et godt ophold på 71 Nyhavn hotellet. smil

71 Nyhavn Gets It Right
Pros:

This was our second wonderful stay at Nyhavn 71. The staff met us with relaxed good cheer and seasoned attention from the minute we checked in. We appreciate all of the attention to lovely design and detail for an excellent guest experience. The location right on the water in Nyhavn is unbeatable and the view from our room was fantastic. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast with lovely presentation and the possibility of eating by the water in good weather!

Charming stay at picturesque harbor
Pros:

I learned that Nyhavn is pronounced New’hun, which would have helped immensely with the taxi ride there. Once there, things couldn’t have gone better. You are in the heart of the “colorful houses” area where all the tourists get off the hop-on hop-off bus to take pictures or eat dinner, but you can stroll by them, enjoying the views, to get to your quiet, picturesque hotel. It’s just steps from the harbor but is peaceful and unhurried inside. The lobby and rooms are decorated with wooden beams reminiscent of the building’s history as a warehouse. Breakfast was good, and we ate one night at the in-house Italian restaurant in the same soace, which was also delicious. Front desk staff went above and beyond. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location, perfect stay!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect! Steps from the canal, restaurants, shops, and activities! The entire hotel including the lobby, guest rooms , and restaurant are calm and inviting. The rooms are comfortable and smartly appointed. Customer service from hotel staff is warm and efficient, and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with many options to start your day on a positive note. While this was not the cheapest hotel I looked into before booking, it was absolutely worth the rate. This will be my hotel of choice any time I return to Copenhagen. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Great staff great hotel
Pros:

Our room had a water view which was lovely. Enjoyed watching boats and happy people. Great location - right on the canal, close to sites, boat tours, dining and shops. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast with made to order omelets and a wide assortment of breakfast treats.
I cannot say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating to our many needs and always with a smile. They went out of their way with never a complaint.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent, peaceful hotel in a wonderful, vibrant location
Pros:

The Nyhaven itself is a busy ‘must visit’ tourist spot but this hotel is at its far end and manages to be a high grade, quiet escape. Our room was clean and reasonably spacious. The air-to-air aircon (needed in such an historic building) was reasonably quiet. Customer service at the front desk and at breakfast was excellent. Breakfast itself is high quality (with an egg station).

Great Hotel - Fantastic Location
Pros:

Wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary with a stay at this hotel. Booked a Junior Suite Deluxe and had a great room with a fantastic view. Surprisingly quiet at night, even with the windows open. No AC in the room but the front desk supplied a small desk fan which worked well. Enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning prior to checking out for our cruise.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. Plenty of restaurants and shops around and access to the sites is within an easy 5-10 min walk. And access to any type of canal tour boat is literally right outside of the building.

Nicely situated in Nyhavn
Pros:

I loved staying at 71 Nyhavn Hotel. The location is superb and the team are so friendly and genuine. It felt like an immersion in Danish culture. From the hygge room to the quality of the food, it was pure Danish luxury and coziness. The team were also really helpful with suggestions that made our time in Copenhagen even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The price to get to the hotel from the airport which was set up by the hotel was nearly 4 times as much as the taxi fare traveling from the hotel to the airport.
