Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel right in the middle of everything. But best attribute was service from front desk to restaurant. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond.

My wife and I recently stayed at the 71 Nyhavn hotel. We loved it. The location was perfect, right at the end of the very busy and touristy Nyhavn harbor in central Copenhagen. Despite the crowds, the rooms were very quiet and the lobby was very peaceful and calm. The restaurant in the hotel (an Italian cusine) was superb - the food was great, the staff very nice and spoke to us giving us background on the area. The room was very clean, the entire staff was excellent, very kind and courteous, they all spoke English well. Breakfast was amaing, lots to chose from in the buffet-style set up. we loved the smoken salmon, bread, and hot offerings (Omelettes cooked to order), and the self serve cappuchino/teas/water. Being dead-center of the tourist area, the shopping was very close and easily walkable, plenty to keep everyone happy. Overall, 5 stars, we would love to go back in the future and once again explore Copenhagen.

Wonderful hotel (pricey but worth it) but be aware if you’re 6’ tall or taller, there are low wooden and iron cross beams in many of the rooms and my partner (6’4”) had to duck every time he walked into the room or got up to use the bathroom. Awkward (and mildly scary)!

Otherwise- very comfortable bed and bathroom; common areas also lovely. Staff was excellent- Sophia was so helpful. Breakfasts onsite were delicious with many great hot and cold options.

We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This location is excellent! It’s a beautiful hotel on the water and right in the most popular part of town. Hop on hop off bus and boat tours are steps from your room. And the breakfast! Wow! Probs the best I had on our vacation!

What an amazing property right on the main canal of Copenhagen. From absolutely amazing breakfast to unique property with spacious rooms and best views. We stayed at several hotels in Copenhagen during the trip and this was by far the best. Might actually be the best breakfast and overall hotel experience ever.

Pros:

Our room was on the third floor with a view of the canal and it gorgeous. I could open the windows and the cool breeze coming off of the water was so relaxing. I instantly fell in love with place.

An exceptional place to stay. The location was great; a busy touristy area yet very peaceful in the hotel. I love the revamped warehouse style with great fittings and attention to detail. The breakfast was so good including homemade nut butters.
