Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή, σε κεντρικό σημείο και κοντά στο σταθμό μετρό Μεγαρο Μουσικης. Είναι πολύ ήσυχο και δεν έχει φασαρία καθώς βρίσκεται σε παράδρομο. Έχει χώρο στάθμευσης.

Cons:

Το γεγονός ότι στο μπάνιο του δωματίου δεν άναβε καθόλου το φως λόγω βλάβης.
Όταν το ανέφερα στη ρεσεψιόν μου είπαν ότι...μάλλον δεν τοποθέτησα σωστά την κάρτα του δωματίου στην υποδοχή για τη λειτουργία του ρεύματος (σημειωτέον ότι αυτό δεν μπορεί να ισχύει γιατί το υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο είχε ρεύμα).
Επίσης ήταν χαλασμένο το αιρκοντίσιον και δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά, με αποτέλεσμα να μην βγάζει καθόλου ζεστό αέρα και να είναι πολύ κρύο το δωμάτιο.
Το ανέφερα κι αυτο, αλλά δεν είπαν απολύτως τίποτα. Προφανώς το γνώριζαν.
