Not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel?
Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not work. I complained to the reception desk, but nothing was done. In the bathroom, there was a water leak from the toilet bowl, which was visibly cracked (see photo). This was very unhygienic. The towels were extremely worn, and there were no bath towels—only two small ones. No toiletries, coffee and tea facilities.

Excellent week-end dans cet hôtel confortable à proximité du centre ville.
Pros:

Excellent week-end passé à Athènes, avec comme point de chute cet hôtel très confortable.
Propre, au calme. Nous avons été accueillis de façon remarquable par Anastasia très professionnelle.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel de qualité très bien situé
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé non loin du métro. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable et la propreté est appréciable. Le personnel est accueillant avec une mention spéciale de l’accueil réservé par Anastasia, très arrangeante et souriante, un véritable plus.

Cons:

Poor sound proof. Even I was two rooms away from the elevator. I can hear the elevator door open and close. Also can hear the next door guest open and close his door.
Worst of all , Wi-Fi doesn’t or lost internet connections in the room. Have to go to the lounge to have connection.
