Pros:

Brand new hotel. Excellent services. Clean and comfortable. Outside of the city by UA Tech Park. Pet friendly. Delicious breakfast options. I will definitely be returning to stay!

Great hotel, but staff could be more courteous and compassionate to guests.

Comfortable and very clean

Cons:

The front office clerk was not compassionate. We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Tucson. We were all tired and I was trying to explain to her that I accidentally reserved the wrong night just minutes before our arrival through Booking.com. She kept re-directing us back to Booking.com to cancel and said that she couldn't confirm our refund because she didn't have the authority. Long story short, it seemed as though she didn't care. She also gave me a price per night and then proceeded to say that if I was a member, we could get a discounted rate. Turns out my husband is a member; however the price remained the same. When I questioned why it was the same price, she proceeded to tell me that she made a mistake when she gave me the first price (that she was already giving it to me at the discounted price without knowing I wasn't a member). At this point I had had enough and was starting to lose my patience. So I just asked her to please wrap it up and get us a room because my kids were so tired.
