I needed some clean bed sheets and towels never got them. Trash pick up???? And I wanted to renew my stay but on Saturday No one was in the office and I called and no one returned my call. Until 2pm today . I needed to speak to someone days ago

The pictures are a lie, place smells like marihuana, NOTHING looks like the pictures they have published, it is like a very cheap motel in a very dangerous area with an overwhelming marihuana smell , they still have the nerve to charge me for one night stay plus taxes! I know they need that money for sure.. I don’t know how they are allowed to be in a website like Expedia or hotels.com…

Thankfully we were allowrd to see our room prior to checking in but the room looked nothing liked the photos, everything was heavily stained and there were dead bugs all over the bed.

We were here for a week. The best part was the price but you get what you pay for. No elevator, and we were on the third floor. The most surprising thing we found by staying there was they did not have towels in the room so I went to the office and they gave me one stained threadbare towel and told me I could take it with me 😳😂😂😂😂
