Villaggio Boutique Hotel Hersonissos - Adults Only

The hotel is beautiful from the outside , the executive room is not bad but not 4 stars. The staff 5/5 , very accommodating, very helpful, very friendly. I can’t find one negative criticism about the staff. The room needs upgrading, still using physical clasic key to open and lock the door. I didn’t like the furniture for 4 stars hotel. The small shampoo and shower he’ll bottle were less than convenient to use. No no toothpaste (got my electric toothbrush) . Spacious shower , spacious balcony. Only news tv channel ( that’s bad rating as I don’t watch news ) relatively small swimming pool but big enough sunbathing area. Roof place for breakfast and dinner. And I’ve heard that the owner didn’t pay the staff for 1-2 months. That’s an area for dinner in the vicinity , I only liked one ,the rest weren’t at my standard nor like. Overall I would rate the experience 3.5 the hotel and 5/5 for the staff .

La struttura è veramente carina, tuttavia il servizio molto minimalista, la cura e l'attenzione al particolare non adeguata a un 4 stelle.
La colazione e la cena in generale non sono male ma mancano un po' di varietà. Da segnalare che nella cena della mezza pensione le bevande sono escluse.
La pulizia può sicuramente migliorare!!

Sehr entspannt und nett

Hôtel moderne dans l'ensemble car récent, bonne proximité avec vieille ville et commerces. Bonne literie et personne sympathique dans l'ensemble. Néanmoins un bémol sur le ménage, évacuation de la douche, l'autoroute très proche de l'hôtel... Donc forcément bruyant. Travaux tous les matins à partir de 8h00 donc repos gâché. Le buffet au dîner est peu varié, les desserts sont qq fruits et des gâteaux sans intérêt. Le chef est très gentil et doit certainement composé un menu pour un tarif très bas. Cela ressemble à de la restauration collective ou cantine. Petit déjeuner correct.

It was an amazing stay, the people made my week at the hotel one of the best moments of my long trip this summer. All the staff were very friendly, familiar and attentive to my needs.
A shout out to Maria, Giorgia and Loukas: some of the best staff I have ever met.

Wir waren 8 Nächte da, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation war auch top - englisch von allen Mitarbeitern dort war 1A! Das Hotel an sich ist wunderschön und super modern, sehr sauber und hygienisch.
Zwei Straßen unter dem Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Ecke mit Restaurants, 20 Minuten von dem Hotel entfernt der Flughafen Heraklion (Taxifahrt kostet 45€).
Alles in einem würden wir jedem das Villagio empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen! ❤️

Sehr angenehmes Hotel abseits des Touri Trubels aber doch bei Bedarfs in zentraler Lage, absolute Empfehlung !!

Villaggio hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in at hersonissos. The staff was excellent. So friendly and welcoming. The room had a very modern interior and the shower was excellent. Fantastic choice at breakfast and the pool and bar area is a really nice place to relax. We will definitely be revisiting this little Cretan gem.

Super modernes Hotel, wo man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Die putzfrau könnte bisschen genauer Arbeiten

J'ai passé une agréable semaine, le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et super sympa. Personnel au petits soin, ils s'assuraient toujours que je ne manquais de rien. La réceptionniste de l'hôtel est vraiment top !!!

Loved the hotel and its facilities.Room had a huge comfortable bed and fabulous walk in shower in the bathroom.The Aircon had the luxury of a silent running mode.Excellent breakfast choices and polite,friendly staff.Slight issue with drying facilities on balcony which was satisfactorily resolved.Only minor niggle was the balcony was quite small and always in the shade.Overall a lovely hotel and would return

New hotel only open since August 2019. First Australians to stay there. Modern well appointed hotel with spacious rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Short walk down to town square where good restaurants and shopping.

Die Lage u die Aussicht v Frühstücksraum/Restaurant ist toll. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern eingerichtet. Badezimmer ordentlich, Dusche top. Es fehlen wie oft ein paar mehr Haken für die Handtücher. Safe ist einfach zu handhaben. Zusätzliche Stühle und Kleiderbügel haben wir umgehend bekommen.
Die Aussicht v unserem Zimmer wurde durch eine Bauruine getrübt.

Superbe accueil dans cet hôtel situé non loin de l aéroport et stratégique car non loin des plus belles plages de cette région.
Le personnel est très disponible que ce soit à l accueil ou au restaurant nous avons été surclassé et accueillie dans des suites juniors et nous avons même passé une nuit dans les chambres avec piscine seul bémol l eau était très fraîche mais sinon un vrai kiff. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les chambres spacieuses et nous avions une chambre pr 3 même le lit d appoint est confortable.

Very nice hotel

Am 1 Tag der Anreise wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass die Junior Suit die wir gebucht haben nicht zur Verfügung steht. Sie wollten uns ein viel kleineres Zimmer ohne Meerblick mit Halbpension anbieten. Diesen Vorschlag wollten wir aber nicht annehmen, da wir ein großes Zimmer wollten und auch keine Halbpension.
Nach langen Diskussionen, haben wir letztendlich unser Zimmer am nächsten Tag bekommen! Und als Wiedergutmachung eine Weinflasche vom Hotel.

Der Zimmerservice war nicht optimal (Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, Waschbecken wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt usw.)
Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht besonders vielfältig.
Das Parken hat sich äußerst schwierig gestaltet.
Die Hotelparkplätze waren zu wenig und nicht asphaltiert und steinig.

Positiv war für uns, dass das Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig war. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr modern. Das Bett war äußerst bequem! Unsere Terrasse mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Wir konnten von unserem Bett aus, das Meer sehen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Kurz zusammengefasst: Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Villaggio hat uns gut gefallen, dennoch gehören viele Dinge besser strukturiert.

Встречают с улыбкой. Селят в 120 номер - вонючий: воняет канализацией. На просьбу вызвать мастера удивляются, но номер меняют. Уборка хорошая, но девушка часто по забывчивости забирает 2й ключ из слота - приходишь в жаркий душный номер, удивляешься и идешь на рецепшен. Весело)

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We spent a week here and loved relaxing around the rooftop pool. Highly recommend.

Hôtel neuf donc en excellent état. Magnifique piscine sur le roof top de l’hotel avec vue imprenable sur mer et Chersonisos.

Chambre spacieuse et très bien décoré. Literie de qualité et confortable. Seul bémol sur l’entretien des chambres qui n’est mas toujours bien fait (jamais d’aspirateur et beaucoup d’oublies ... papier WC, mouchoirs, changement des serviette, ...)

Personnel toujours souriant et dans la volonté de toujours trouver une solution en cas de besoin.
