Todo me gusta del servicio lo recomiendo este hotel
Everything
The bed was not to comfortable.
Todo
Comfortable beds and clean room with small fridge. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast.
Price was ridiculously high for the location away from city center and the amenities provided. No hot tub.
Parking: trucks parked with boats or trailers taking up to six parking spaces.
It had a pizza joint downstairs.
Cleanliness was ok. Not as amazing as the cleanliness from the Atlanta-Galleria location.
Gym was nice too, functional.
The pool was very nice. First time that I really wanted to get in a pool at a 3-star hotel.
BUT…..in “what I didnt like” is what tanked the score.
My husband, my son, and I. We walked into the pool and I immediately was like..I want to get in!
The room felt warm, so I can tell it was heated. And I touchef it and it was! 😃
The boys were hungry.
I wanted to swim, so I said, “I’ll swim while you guys eat”.
My son and I went over the rules TO MAKE SURE we were not breaking any by bringing in food.
NOTHING about “no food”.
So I went upstairs to change, and we ordered pizza from downstairs.
We came back down, I go to pool, husband went to get pizza.
My husband comes in w. Pizza, didnt even really get to sit down when one of the front desk ladies comes in saying ‘sir, my manager was watching, said no food in here’ (in short)
Said we gotta sit in the patio.
This felt racist. My husband was being watched on camera? And his behind barely touches the chair before he’s told something.
Not to mention, no rules about it on the rule list!
If I know anything about food rules, if it is a rule, they are ALWAYS printed.
But whatever, we were not trying to make a fuss.
We sat on the patio, ate our pizza.
But THEN …. I come back in to enjoy the pool and ….Explain to me how the water was no longer warm??? Before I definitely wouldve been able to get in no problem. But now it was like cold trying to get in.
I dunno. This felt really bad and unwelcoming. Im trying to be fair giving a rating of 5. This is lond of a big deal, it should probably be lower to be honest😕
It met and exceeded expectations
Nothing, it was perfect
