Pros:

Stayed for three nights. Owners were very helpful and obliging. Don't expect hotel luxury, this is a B&B in all but name. COVID may be reason for no service in the room (towels/bedding/waste bins) during our stay. But coffee/tea paper cups & wooden sticks for spoons in the room? For the price of the room would have expected toiletries but none other other than liquid soap dispensers. Stayed in room 3, quite small and smallest en-suite I have ever encountered. Breakfast very good but dining area a little cramped and not big enough to cater for all residents at same time.

Nice stay
Pros:

Late booking as plans had changed

Hosts where great. Room OK - bathroom a little small and room could have done with a small table.

Location on edge of town not really walkable.

Camp site next door which can have the odd noisy moment.

Nice place to stay to visit Cornwall
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2021. Location was convenient, it was quiet at night and had a parking space for our car.The matress was a bit too soft for our taste, but everything was spotless clean. Breakfast was very good, specially considering covid restrictions. Wifi was good. The host was super nice and welcoming.

Pros:

I arrived at this Hotel to be greeted by the wonderful owner who is very friendly and efficient. I stayed in the annexe.. Its was amazingly spacious, well equipped with all necessary white goods and kitchen goods. Bed comfy, sofas comfy, it has a large veranda, (I was lucky with the weather and made use of it) which has countryside view and partial coastline views. Breakfast was excellent all cooked items are cooked to order, juices cereals etc is help yourself. There is an "in house bar" and comfortable lounge areas in the main building. It is situated outside of Polperro. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for peace and tranquility (although the road it is on is a rat run during rush hours) and it's location.
