Langas Villas

Wonderful, helpful owners. The villa is situated at the highest point along the caldera at the top of the path. YOU DO NOT HAVE T WALK DOWN THE STEEP PATH TO GET TO YOUR HOTEL. This place is especially good for older travelers because it saves trekking down the steep path required by most places in this area. Gorgeous view from balcony. Older guest should request the 2 upstairs rooms which require no climbing. A "ROOM WITH A VIEW" type property

Amazing stay in the perfect location. Nik and Anna were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they always had advice and recommendations for how to get the best out of our holiday. Nik even dropped our luggage off to us just before our flight so we could make the most of our last day!! The view from the Villa is amazing, we thought the sunset from the rooftop was better than that in Oia. Would recommend to anyone!

Village of Imerovilgi to the north of Fira, has a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. Regular bus service to and from Fira for 1.6 euro.
Very friendly and helpful owners. Pick up from the Port for a reasonable charge (35 euro). We had a comfortable, ground flood apartment with large fridge, kettle, stovetop. Continental breakfast was served on the porch each morning. Only a few steps down from the dropoff spot, but steps up and down to bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. You have to crawl up onto the bed from the end. Small pool with stunning views up on the rooftop, towels provided. Overall, quieter than Fira and Oia and only a bus ride away if you feel the need to go - sunsets were stunning enough from here.

The place is very nice including an awesome sunset view! This villa is family-owned and the hosts are very welcoming, from the day we were picked up 'til the day we were dropped off. Anna, Nick, and Jason were very helpful throughout our stay! Loved our stay at the Langas Villas!

Jason, Nicolas und Anna sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und warmherzig-die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie geben einem sehr gute Tipps rund um die Insel wie Restaurants und reservieren auch kurzfristig Catamaran Touren oder Quads. Frühstück mit Liebe gemacht und bester griechischer Joghurt am Morgen.

What a wonderful stay in Santorini! Nicolas the owner of the hotel was by far the most welcoming of hosts and made us feel right at home from the very start of our stay. From the breakfast served in the room or on the balcony, to setting up day trips or restaurant reservations, and helping us print out docs for return during Covid, Nicolas and his team really do go above and beyond!

When we realized the jacuzzi in our room wasn’t heating properly, we called the desk and instead of saying ‘we’ll send for someone and they will come tomorrow’ Nicolas came right away to the room and personally fixed the issue! He even checked with us the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory! Talk about really taking care of guests!

The sunset view from Langas Villas cannot be beat! We watched every sunset from our balcony enjoying a nice glass of wine and avoiding the large crowds of people. The rooftop pool which is open to all guests also has a fantastic view of the caldera, sunset and also the sunrise if you’re up early enough!

We were also able to follow the foot path easily to Fira and avoid driving into town. However, since Langas is located at Imerovigli the walk to Fira is downhill so walking home is a little bit of a hike - which didn’t bother us but may be more walking than some would like.

All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to family and friends should they visit Santorini!

Amazing location for the price. Great apartment style accommodation and the staff is so helpful and kind. We pretty had the pool to ourselves and got an upgrade to a room with a better view without asking.

The family that owns it is amazing and the view was BEAUTIFUL from our room (we may have had a better view than the luxury villas below us without ALLLL the stair climbing). The only drawback for me was our bed. The mattress was a little dusty and we had to put extra bedding on top.

First, the Langan family is awesome. Jason, the son checked us in, but we met his Santorini father and his Australian mother as well. We stayed in the villa away from the caldera and it was clean and very comfortable. It was also a great value and had I stayed here my other two nights in Santorini, my trip would have been memorable. The main villa with the pool overlooks the Caldera and it is a million dollar view. These are the types of “mom and pop” villa stays that are to me, a travel treasure. We were only there for one night, but if I go back again, I will stay there. I even loved the hike from Fira, such a beautiful view. And the most important thing…the AC worked and the shower was great - so nice when it is 42 Celsius.

We loved our 3-night stay at Langas in the family apartment. Very comfortably slept our family of 3. The views from room balcony are just as the picture shows, though the picture doesn’t do it justice! Even better is the view from the hotel rooftop where you can see both the sunset and sunrise. Walking distance to Fira and very close to restaurants and a small market. Nic, Anna and their son Jason were awesome hosts and we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast brought to our balcony table every morning. We will be back!

Langas Villas is a Family owned hotel and you feel the personal touch everywhere. It's a caring atmosphere and the service is amazing. They love what they do. Our room with the pool is the best spot for the sunset. You have the perfect view over the caldera. With a bottle of wine there is no where else you want to be.

Large, clean, home nice bathroom, great patio, view of the sunrise from our small townhouse and of the sunset from the complex’s small rooftop pool. Great hosts!
