SOME TRAVELERS SMOKED ON THE PROPERTIES PREMISES WHICH WAS A NEGATIVE. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AS WAS THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY.

They dıdnt know about our booking.
Pros:

We went for our check in and they told me that they dont have my reservation and that they dont have their hotel to Hotels.com two people checked. But they gave me a room and said that it was not my fault and they will find the problem. I was feeling bad because I paid already via hotels.com but they did not know anything about that. After we went down to the reception a few more people was there and told me that everything is ok and the booking was fine and paid. After when I needed suggestions about the food, reception had recommendations. The view from our room was great. Cleanliness I would say that was poor - in front of the mirror on the furniture were blond hair and between the glasses that guests drink water there was a small cockroach.
