Отличный хостел! Останавливалась здесь дважды. В первый раз с сыном, во второй - с подругой. Номера небольшие, но мы там дрыхнуть и не планировали целыми днями :) Уходили утром и приходили поздно вечером. Всем все понравилось, в хостеле по-домашнему уютно и комфортно, с удовольствием приедем ещё. Что хотелось бы отметить:
- приветливые администраторы;
- прекрасное расположение хостела;
- адекватная цена;
- чисто и есть все необходимое;
- правила проживания в хостеле.
Отдельное человеческое спасибо администратору Евгению за раннее заселение, быстрое решение всех возникших вопросов, вежливость и уравновешенность в любой ситуации.
After we reached the location, there are 0 sign where which is the hostel was. We knocked on someones door and he helped us and show us the direction. And of course the STAIRS. And totally no any sign, so we called and they ask us to wait a 5min. The overall stay i think its not what i can just much because it is a budget stay. But I think they should work more hard to be more clarify that which we should go first and provide the password for the lock! We gonna check out in the early morning so i wanted to ask them how can i check out but i wait for them like seriously no people at all. So we just leave the key on the desk.
Need to be improve:
The desk must be someone over there, even u leave the phone number but nobody is answering at all
Sign for the hostel, we have no idea where is it
Everything should be state or i would say lack of communication!
But overall for a budget stay, its is quite a comfortable place
Реальность чуть не совпала с нашими ожиданиями. Но в целом, хостел хороший. И расположен в самом центре Северной столицы. Сам хостел располагается на 5 и 6 этажах. Учтите это:) Подниматься на 5 этаж несколько раз на дню, особенно если вы уже прошли 20 км на своих двоих:)
В хостеле все просто и без излишеств. Место, где можно просто переночевать:)
