Das Hotel ist wie eine Puppenstube vor 100 Jahren mit schönen alten Uhren überall, in altem Stil mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Selbstbedienung beim Kaffee / Tee Automaten ist mit langem Warten und kleinen Tässchen verbunden. Für Durstige und Teetrinker eine Zumutung. Thermoskannen mit heißem Wasser würden schon mal helfen. Bei Extrawünschen ( Fahrrad über Nacht im Hotel abstellen) war die Rezeption nicht gewillt zu helfen, zum Glück hat der Abendkellner erlaubt, die Räder in der Abstellkammer für Stuhlauflagen einzustellen. Ansonsten liebevoll gestaltet, tolle Lage, Parkplatz oben auf dem Berg für 13 Euro pro Tag.Zusatzbuchung.

Wonderful location. Great staff. Would have preferred a cooling unit option in the room, we had to open the windows with no screen, at night. Specifically contact them ahead of time for a parking spot otherwise you will walk about 5 minutes for covered paid parking.

Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Es liegt zentral an den Kolonaden. Leider gab es nur 5 Parkplätze, die alle belegt waren. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist im klassizistischem Stil. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und die Betten bequem.

Die versprochenen Hotelparkplätze gab es nicht. Der Zustand der Sauna war für ein SPA Hotel absolut mangelhaft. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.

Below average breakfast. Its missing a tea kettle in the room.

Alles in allem für ein Wochenende o.k.

Das Zimmer war soweit gut gewesen.
Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt das der verfügbare Parkplatz für 10 Euro leider voll ist und wir in einen Parkhaus parken sollen.
Das Parken im Parkhaus kam für 2 Nächte 50 Euro.
Eine Bezahlung mit Amex wie auf der Seite angegeben konnte auch nicht bezahlt werden.
Im gesamten hätten wir uns für das Geld einen besseren Service erwartet und waren deswegen leider enttäuscht.

Overall very good recommend

Our stay was for 4 nights during the film festival. The hotel is nice, standardly furnished in Karlovy Vary, and very clean. But. Upon arrival, despite the confirmed reservation, they did not have a room ready for us and we had to spend one night in an apartment that we did not order. Then confusion with moving to the right room. The reception staff is reluctant and if you speak Czech, you more or less bother them. The foreign guests are smiling and nice. This was followed by parking problems by issuing a parking card to a fully occupied car park. The contacts listed in the reservation system and the numbers on the hotel's room cards do not work. Only one number from the web works. Breakfast is rich but only early in the morning, then they are in no hurry to replenish. We must praise the very nice and helpful cleaners. Other staff is below average. Thank you for a nice stay.

I stayed 5 nights and enjoyed my time. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was nice and dinner was fabulous. Location is perfect

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, geschmackvolle Zimmereinrichtung und Badaustattung in gutem Zustand, bequemes Bett, prima Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz etwas weit weg vom Haus, aber immerhin gibt es einen.
