Buena ubicación está cercano a muchos comercios, tenía agua caliente y el personal es bastante amable, buen espacio y buen precio

Decepcionante Experiencia

El exterior es muy bonito. La ubicación es muy central.

Cons:

Muy mala relación calidad y precio. Los elementos de la habitación como puertas, paredes, la cortina de baño, las toallas, las camas y las mesas se ven viejas y poco cuidadas. El colchón pésimo porque no había un colchón doble, adecuado para una cama doble como se esperaba. En su lugar eran dos colchones sencillos unidos. No incluía desayuno a pesar de que muchos hoteles por ese precio si lo ofrecen. La.habitacion no contaba con iluminación media o tenue y bo habian lámparas. Solo iluminación alta.

Pros:

La habitación fue cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. Las personas del hotel amables. Aunque la zona puede presentar algo de ruido, que sea central permite salir a hacer varias actividades.

Cons:

Aunque cuentan con convenio de parqueadero, éste no está tan cerca del hotel y parquear para dejar el equipaje es complicado en el área por lo que toca llevarlo desde el parqueadero hasta el hotel lo cuál es un poco agotador. Además de que no cuentan con ascensor sino que toca subir todo por escaleras y no hay personas que ayuden con esto. Por otro lado, las indicaciones para el parqueadero no son tan claras desde el momento de la reserva y el precio que nos dieron con el convenio tampoco coincidió con el que nos cobraron en el parqueadero que fue superior.

La atención de las chicas de recepción muy amables siempre, nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación a una más amplio. Muy agradables. Que brindarán café y aromáticas.

Cons:

Las toallas no estaban en buenas condiciones; algunas estaban rotas, una almohada no olía bien; en una cama se le sentían resortes al colchón.

Great Staff but the facilities are not good
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities are not well maintained. Bathrooms are horrible. It is very noisy. You can hear when someone is taking a shower in another room or when they flush the toilet.
