Nothing like the pictures!
Pros:

The location was the only thing good about it. And 2 staff members Charik and Diana that were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel is run down and old, it looks nothing like the pictures. I mainly didn’t like the manager attitude he was not helpful or nice. The guy was like a painting in the wall, he had the nerve to ask for the key rudely saying “not even a goodbye did we treat you that bad” when we were leaving but did not help in anyway with our bags. The beds were too hard and not comfortable. Paid $62 a night but is worth more like $35.

Room was nice and comfortable, good price

Cons:

We didn’t like the area, felt very unsafe and full of addicts. We booked a twin room and when we arrived the lady didn’t want to give us a twin room first, she said only a double room was available. Eventually she gave it to us.

Que en la habitación asignada, eran 2 camas unidas y se sentía la unión. De resto todo perfecto.

La atención del personal, amable y dispuesto a una buena atención al huesped.

Cons:

La primera habitación estaba sucia, el baño en mal estado, se derramaba el agua, no era segura.
Se paso la queja a la administración y al segundo día cambiaron la habitación por una muchisima mejor.

La atención del equipo de trabajo hacia los huéspedes es muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta para ir de turismo, tiene cerca restaurantes, transporte público, tiendas, terminal de buses...

Cons:

El desayuno debería ofrecer otra opción para los extranjeros que no estamos acostumbrados a muchos sabores de ahí. Por ejemplo la arepa de choclo y el chocolate caliente sin leche.
