Gutes Hotel in Opernnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Opernhaus, ist also ideal für Kulturaffine ! Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Frühstück wie schon seinerzeit auch diesmal hervorragend.

Cons:

Pantoffel haben gefehlt.

So Well taken care of, I can't wait to return
Pros:

My room was even better, this time, and I had a view of the beautiful park and Palace across the street. So Lovely to wake up to! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I love the high ceilings in the room and the expansive nature of each part of the room, the sitting area, the lounge, and I had a lovely, big walk-in shower with a Rainshower head and wand, both with excellent pressure. I love the helpfulness of the Staff, big Thanks to Herr. Thomas, a very Gentle and Kind man who helped me with some documents and even inspired me to do a little more walking in town and I did in fact see more, and enjoyed my stay more, because of his suggestions! I was lucky enough to be present on a Sunday and i went the short walk to the Cathedral where they had a beautiful choir singing with the Extraordinary, Large Organ. The sounds were awe-inspiring and I felt connected and Blessed to be there. Wonderful.

Cons:

Such a pity the Spa/salon is closed on weekends and that they don't have any alternative masseuse or anything that would supplement the spa being closed. I hope they find some extra staff soon!

A refined and relaxing stay in the heart of Graz
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel and loved how the history of the building creates an atmosphere of elegance. The staff were professional and the service in the restaurant during our evening meal was particularly good. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious and the courtyard view ensured a very peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and the classic furniture gave the room a lot of character. We also made great use of the wellness area; the saunas were very relaxing and the indoor pool is a great size. The location is ideal for walking into the city centre.
