eindrucksvoller, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war abwechslungreich und frisch und das Service sehr diskret und angenehm. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) war sehr groß mit wunderschönem Holz-Intarsien-Boden. Auch die Damen und Herren am Empfang waren immer sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Bad war voll aufgedreht - für uns etwas zu warm, aber wir haben dann einfach die Einstellung am Bad-Heizkörper zurückgedreht.

Hotel mit Charakter und Charme
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem komfortablen Stadthotel mit Retro-Charme der Belle Epoque. Grosses und sehr ruhiges Zimmer (Doppelfenster), bequemes Bett. Gutes Restaurant und ein hervorragendes und sehr großzügiges Frühstück mit toller Auswahl, Qualität, hausgemachten Köstlichkeiten und einem schönen Ambiente. Man sitzt ruhig hinter grossen Fenstern und sieht die Strassenbahn vorbei ziehen. Eine Ruheoase mitten in der Stadt mit komfortablem Parkplatz und Gartenrestaurant im Innenhof. Wir haben von hier aus Graz zu Fuss erkundigt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir haben es geliebt! Ein Hotel mit Seele und sehr freundlichem und professionellem Personal.

Es hat uns so gefallen, dass wir sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war rundum sehr nett und freundlich.
Es gab auch eine Bar in der man abends von sehr netten Personal bedient wurde. Man hat sich einfach sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sontiger Komfort wie immer

Cons:

Trotz besonderem Wunsch einer Dusche hatte unser Zimmer eine Badewanne mit Duschgelegenheit.
