Cons:

Vorort wurde uns noch neben der, in dem Booking Vertrag angekündigten Ortstaxe die allerdings 5.- Euro pro Person ausmachte, noch 20.- für den Parkplatz verrechnet.......die Erklärung: dass dies nur bei den Direkt Buchungen inklusive wäre.

Pros:

Stets ein sicherer Wert, hier abzusteigen. Grosse, ruhige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gute Parkiermöglichkeit. Freindliches Persobal. Eine besondere Freude der Rosengarten.

Vier-Sterne-Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, ruhig, großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Wasser in Waschbecken und Badewanne floss sehr schlecht ab, der Wasserabfluss im WC leider auch.
Auf dem Fenstersims außen lag ein Zigarettenstummel.

Lovely hotel in a great location with exceptional staff
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. The location is great. It is walking distance to parks, university, downtown and the farmers' market. A tram stop is a three minute walk from the hotel.

The front desk staff are efficient and friendly.

Special thanks to Carina at the front desk.

Thanks too to Marla, Mercedes, Mr. Baumgartner, Julia and Yannik and everyone else who was at the front desk helping me and whose names evade me while writing the review (sorry). Each person contributed something special to my stay.

Breakfast is important and thank you to Anna in the kitchen for my breakfast egg requests. What are eggs without chives? Thank you Thomas for introducing me to the chives. Also good coffee is important so thank you to Mila in the restaurant. All the early morning breakfast staff are thanked for all they provide to the guests.

Rooms are super clean. Thanks too to Robert, Natalia and Grace in housekeeping.
