Pros:

Sehr nettes Haus. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer die zur Straße schauen sind trotz Doppelfenster nicht ruhig, da die Straßenbahn beim Einfahren in die Kurve vor dem Haus sehr laut ist.

Pros:

Frühstück exzellent, Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber, die Lage war sehr zentral, alles war gut zu erreichen. Tolles Schwimmbad und entspannter Ruheraum

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr kurz angebunden. Keine Infos über Frühstück, Spa Angebote oder die beiden Restaurants vor Ort. Wir haben uns dann durchgefragt, bzw. den sehr freundlichen elektronischen e-Concierge gefragt

Pros:

Na plus zasługuje świetna lokalizacja – do centrum Grazu można dojść krótkim spacerem. Czyste pokoje.

Cons:

Śniadania były przeciętne, a wybór potraw dość skromny. Mimo karty śniadaniowej część dań była niedostępna. Dużym rozczarowaniem był też fakt, że opłata za parking została nam ostatecznie doliczona do rachunku. Przedłużyliśmy pobyt o jedną noc, co ostatecznie wyszło dużo drożej niż rezerwacja przez Booking. Dodatkowo w tak upalne dni mile widziana byłaby lodówka w pokoju.

Hotel perfekcyjny pod absolutnie każdym względem. Lokalizacja, udogodnienia, jakość obsługi, detale, śniadanie - wzór dla innych, radość i szacunek gości. Serdecznie dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt!

Die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen, dennoch sollte die Parkplatzregelung überdacht werden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung hat gepasst, und die Klimaanlage war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen besonders angenehm.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ich für den Parkplatz bezahlen musste – mit der Begründung, dass ich über Booking.com gebucht habe. Wenn Buchungen über diese Plattform angeboten werden, sollten diese Gäste meines Erachtens genauso behandelt werden wie Gäste, die direkt beim Hotel buchen. Das gilt umso mehr, wenn man bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel übernachtet hat.
