Absolute perfection of an idyllic holiday.
Pros:

The location was ‘get away from it all’ perfection. Sitting in jacuzzi with a stunning Chardonnay looking at snow topped Andes with birds frolicking amongst the vines.

La habitación es muy cómoda y el jacuzzi donde se pueden observar las estrellas con servivio de room service

Pros:

Rosell é fantastico, ficar uns dias longe da cidade, na paz que o meio de uma vinícola proporciona é revigorante. O atendimento é excepcional, os quartos enormes e muito confortaveis. Essa foi minha 2x hospedado aqui, e voltarei outras vezes sem pensar.

Cons:

A estrada de acesso apesar de curta, 4 km, estava um pouco mal cuidada e deixava o acesso lento, porém, isso ajuda a entrar no clima de desacelerar e observar a natureza

A estadia foi incrível
Pros:

O hotel é sensacional, o chalé era incrível, nos surpreendeu desde o primeiro momento. O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, sempre solícitos. A vista também é espetacular. No chalé estava tudo funcionando muito bem.

Cons:

A localização é um ponto por causa da estrada de pedras para chegar até lá. Se voce colocar no waze desde o aeroporto, ele te manda pela Ruta 7 e depois uns 12 km de estrada de terra. Este caminho é muito ruim. O certo é ir pela RN86 e de lá pegar uma estrada de terra de 4km, que não é a melhor estrada do mundo mas dá pra chegar bem. No hotel somente o processo do check in foi bem demorado por conta de um pico de demanda no horário.

Pouco conforto, cafe da manha com poucas opcoes, estrada de pedras de 4km para chegar ao local sem iluminação adequada a noite, poucos funcionários trabalhando quase sempre recepção vazia, muitas moscas no local que ficavam dentro do quarto.
