Dobrá lokalita

Cons:

Hotel má 6 hvězd - stejně jako např. KINGS COURT vedle, ale to se fakt nedá s KC srovnat - ten je o dvě hvězdy výše.

Pros:

Overall, everything was great. The location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers good breakfasts, and I would especially like to mention Ludmila — she is very attentive and provides excellent service.

Cons:

The rooms, however, are quite dusty. Not just after housekeeping, but in general.

Excellent value for money and just a walk away from all the big touristic places in Prague.
Pros:

Breakfast had a wide choice and some variation each day. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was in a very nice room (the style of the hotel was one of the reasons why we picked it).
Room was just OK regarding size, bathroom was comfortable and big enough.
Two elevators meant you never had to wait long for an elevator.
Location: excellent, right at the edge of the old town - you can do everything on foot.

Cons:

We were on the 7th floor, at the back of the hotel (we paid extra for a view of the city), but the view was disappointing - just roofs and the top of the powder tower. It's better to be on the street side of the hotel (and not pay the extra fee for the view).
Another small minus was that there were works going on during one day (inevitable in a hotel that's always open, I know, but still), with quite some noise.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Personal äusserst freundlich und hilfbereich. Morgenessen sehr vielseitig, stets gut aufgefüllt und frisch

Cons:

Leider gabe es, wie in den meisten Hotels, keine Waschlappen. Zum guten Glück hatte ich eigene dabei. Und die Zimmer sind extrem ringhörig gegen oben. Bis spät in die Nacht und bereits wieder früh am Morgen waren Leute auf den Beinen und trampelten durch die Zimmer...
