This property can not be accessed without the park ticket, property is located at a Natural Park.
Guests must buy the entrance ticket directly from the park's webpage to enter to the property at Parques Nacionales Naturales De Colombia, Sector el Zaino.
Please note all guests need to purchase the ticket in advance to access the Property.
Please note that access to the park is until 3:00 p.m. If guests wish to arrive after these hours, they must notify the property in order to purchase their tickets.
Guests can exit and enter the park for 3 days with one ticket when staying at the hotel.
Children under 6 years old and adults over the age of 65 don't pay.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas la Tranquilidad y un Ecosistema tan natural y agradable.
Un poco lejos de todas las playas
Le beau jardin avec singes et oiseaux, les moustiquaires, le restaurant très bon, la gentillesse du personnel.
Tout était parfait. Les douches sont assez basiques, mais propres.
Buena ubicación. Calidad precio buena para estar dentro del parque y poder volver a visitarlo sin pagar entrada de nuevo. La comida muy buena.
Fue un sitio funcional, habitación no pequeña, ventilador funcional, toallas y sabanas limpias, espejo, electricidad y agua.
La verdad q estuvo bien, como en las fotos. Algo cutre quizás pero repetiría por el precio.
Le calme , la nature , personnel aimable
Good location in the park. Clean and some huts are in the garden - those are nicer.
Do not go to this hotel if you are not able to speak Spanish. No written information and intermittent internet make it impossible to use google translate. With one exception, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Food poor especially evening meal. This place is overpriced. No mosquito nets in the hut.
La estancia ha sido perfecta y el lugar ha superado nuestras expectativas. Está rodeado de naturaleza, en un entorno precioso y perfecto para desconectar. Sin duda, ha sido uno de los lugares que más hemos disfrutado durante el viaje.
Como punto a mejorar, creemos que las instalaciones exteriores necesitan un poquito más de cuidado para que el lugar sea simplemente perfecto. También queremos destacar especialmente el trato del chico joven que cuida las instalaciones y que está delante de Jasayma: siempre atento, hablando con los huéspedes y transmitiendo muy buen ambiente.
Lo que sí tenemos que decir es que el trato de las cocineras no nos gustó nada. Fueron MUY bordes durante nuestra estancia. Daban muchas cosas por sabidas, no explicaban bien la dinámica de los desayunos y las cenas y, sinceramente, parecía que casi tenías que pedirles perdón por preguntar. Colombia ha destacado durante todo nuestro viaje por el trato tan amable y cercano de su gente, pero en este caso echamos muchísimo de menos eso. Incluso se fue la luz durante todo un día y, al preguntar qué ocurría, no recibimos prácticamente ninguna explicación y apenas nos miraban a la cara.
Eso sí, hay que reconocer que cocinaban delicioso, y eso se agradece muchísimo.
A excepción de este aspecto, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena y recomendamos totalmente el lugar. Un entorno maravilloso, perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
La Atención y las habitaciones
No tenia pileta
El personal de cocina y de recepción. Ellos no tienen la culpa de cómo construyeron las habitaciones. La comida deliciosa. Fueron muy amables y nos atendieron muy bien.
Por más sencillo que sea una habitación y si se alquila con baño, lo mínimo es una puerta en el sanitario. La habitación con ducha y sanitario abierto. Cada vez que mi pareja o yo necesitamos usar el sanitario el otro tenía que salirse. Por más confianza con su pareja, el derecho a la privacidad en el sanitario es lo mínimo. Absolutamente incómodo. Nunca se nos hizo aseo a la habitación, ni siquiera cambio de toallas o recolección de basura

Muy lindo y cómodo todo! Desde las instalaciones hasta el personal que fue súper divertido. Sin dudas el mejor lugar para quedarse dentro del parque. La pasta con camarones es algo que no voy a poder olvidar!
Le restaurant comme à la maison
La cheffe cuisine divinement bien, pas de carte précise pas de menu juste des ingrédients cités et vous choisissez ce que vs voulez et elle vous concocte un plat sur mesure, incroyable ! Et à des prix très accessibles.
Concernant la chambre nous avons pris une hutte avec sdb privée très pratique sobre et propre
