Pros:

周りに店なども多く7thサークルのJETTバス乗り場も徒歩で行ける距離です。部屋は余り綺麗ではありませんし、テレビが映りませんでした。ガスコンロがついていますがレンジ、ポットなどはありません。
シャワーは熱いお湯がでますが、シャンプーや固形石鹸などのアメニティはありません(液体ハンドソープだけはある)。シャワーカーテンが無いのでバスルーム内は水浸しになります。
スタッフは愛想の良い人と悪い人の差が激しいです(基本的には皆いい人)。現地支払いの場合何故かクレジットカードが使えません。

Do not prefer this apartment hotel.
Pros:

extremly dirty,without toilet paper, wthout towels, damaged walls, the receprionist didn t Knew eglish or any other language, we talk by phone with another guy, they put me in another apartment tjat inside were living some other with their slipers on the all dirty also. When i asked by the phone the room that i closed they said that they did not had i finally i went to another apartment very dirty also. When i asked from the taxi man the hotel he first told me that this is is a dirt apartment hotel
