Thank you your staff was wonderful

Todo perfecto. Hay cafetera a disposición durante todo el día.

El desayuno muy bueno.

Sólo que hubo una confusión, que se solucionó enseguida. El personal de limpieza no entró a la habitación un día.

Pros:

Localização excelente e café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Banheiro com portas e paredes de vidro transparentes dentro do quarto. Se vê tudo por dentro. Sem privacidade. Muito barulho na rua. Muitos caminhões e os trens urbanos passando o tempo todo.

Excellent! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour quiconque veut visiter Amsterdam.
Pros:

La proximité avec la gare et la place du Dam, les déjeuners étaient très variés et la propreté en général était très bien.

Cons:

C’est mineur mais s’il y avait une tablette ou des pôles à serviettes dans la salle de bain pour y étendre nos serviettes mouillées. Mais ce commentaire se veut constructif car cet hôtel est vraiment très agréable.

Not clean!
Pros:

The carpet was filthy...didn't even want to walk on it with bare feet. There were no face cloths.

Great Hotel
Pros:

West Cord is in a fantastic location for tourist sights and shopping. It’s neat, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We found the young group of staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location but rooms need to be spruced up.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center which is the perfect place to explore all of Amsterdam. The rooms need to be update, especially the carpeting and the beds which are uncomfortable. The bathroom was very nice.

Not enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff didn’t have our room ready until 70 minutes past our check in time of 3pm.

The lady working reception was constantly bombarded for well an hour by disgruntled guests who were not allowed to check in on time due to the housekeeping issues. She did keep her cool and constantly was put on the spot.

The hotel itself was clean and acceptable. However this location is anything but quiet at night. We either had the window open to cool the room down or open and couldn’t sleep due to noise even fighting at street level. Constant shouting went on for hours.

I would not recommend this hotel nor stay again.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Pros:

La posizione, Hotel in pieno centro, da cui è facile muoversi a piedi. Vicino alla stazione e piazza Dam ma tutto raggiungibili a piedi con un bella passeggiata.
Il personale è stato sempre gentile, hanno anche a disposizione caffè e acqua con limone gratis.
La stanza non molto grande ma nemmeno piccolissima, in due ci si poteva muovere.
Se dovessi tornare ad Amsterdam sicuramente risceglierei questo hotel.
Unica pecca poca illuminazione nella stanza e nel bagno.

Ideal location for a short break in Amsterdam and highly recommend
Pros:

Location 10/10 - close to Centraal station, tram and supermarkets
Free water, milk and hot drinks in the reception area.
Staff on the reception desk were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could be chaotic but a good choice of continental options.

Excellent Food, Excellent Service
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, ideally located, very close to the central train station, aswell as bars and restaurants.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was really good. One of the really good things was the complimentary amenities, coffee, water, fresh fruit was always available in reception for you to help yourself. Thought this was a really nice touch.

The room was small but more than adequate for the amount of time actually spent in there. Would definitely come back.
