Pros:

Perfect central location , rooms clean and tidy, Buffett breakfast has a great variety very clean and tidy hotel . Staff are lovely and always smiling , made our stay so comfortable.

Great Location
Pros:

My wife and i stayed 4 nights at the Westcord City Centre Hotel, and it was a great choice. Everything for us was walking distance. Super close to Amsterdam Centraal, but also the museums, Anne Frank House, etc and even the Cruise Pier. Room was very comfortable, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the included breakfast was perfect. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommend.

Pros:

Localização fantástica. Menos de 5 minutos da estação central. A região é muito boa e dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé. Café da manhã muito bom e equipe super atenciosa

Cons:

Banheiro com porta de vidro. Se acende a luz a noite acorda a pessoa no quarto. Só serve se for pra dividir quarto com quem tem extrema intimidade.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, great location for trams and central station
Pros:

Location was very central but also quiet at night - no street noise. It's only a couple of streets over from a very peaceful residential area, with lovely local cafes and canal walks. Team were very friendly and helpful. There's free luggage storage when you check out (or in early). The foyer has lovely iced water, hot drinks, fruit and croissants for free. The air con in the room works really well (great because it was 30 degrees outside.)

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the opaque bathroom which has zero sound proofing - not ideal when travelling with a friend!

Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im WestCord City Centre Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekte Lage. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Aussicht zur Stadt und war rundum zufrieden. Einzig für Menschen größer als 1,90 m könnte die Länge der Hotelbetten schwierig werden.
Ich aber war mit allem sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Breakfast - lots of lovely fresh fruit
Free water available in a city that declines to serve visitors tap water

Cons:

Our room was tiny and our twin beds shared a bed frame so they were, basically, like a double bed.

Slept really well which is my number one requirement of any hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful team, small but clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and I slept really well. I was expecting street noise as it's in one of the main tourist heavy areas but no noise at all. The foyer has a nice seating area with free coffee, iced water, croissant and fruit.
