Disappointing
Pros:

I want to write a good review for this hotel which is so close to most attractions in Amsterdam
But unfortunately the rooms are just not up to what I would expect
The Double with a view is so small with a desk at the base of the bed taking up all the room
I am small and could only just walk around it to get into bed
The toilet is pretty poor you nearly hit your head on the sink,which has no plug that was working to allow you to fill the basin
The breakfast buffet was amazing it had everything you could want
Front of house staff were friendly
My one piece of advice is to either get a larger room or try another hotel

Great location, lovely staff.

The carpets in room 104 were badly stained and gave a poor impression of cleanliness.

Worth the money
Pros:

The location, friendly staff, the ease of transportation, air-conditioning, clean

Big beds with large pillows

Cons:

The breakfast: no vegan toppings besides tomatoes, cucumbers and jam

This wasn't a big deal since they had many breakfast mixes, seeds, nuts, fruits etc

PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS ON THIS TRIP
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the bed was soo good as was the cleanliness. No long corridors twists and turns to get to my room - only 6 on my floor. Breakfast was also good, unrushed and peaceful. Perfect for me as it was only a 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal - very easy to find. Staff very polite and the atmosphere pleasant, no one seemed to be in any hurry

Nothing that I can put my finger on so all was good

Очень хорошее месторасположение. Близко к вокзалу и исторические местам. На рецепшене спрашивают как часто убирать номер.

Cons:

Очень малюсенькие комнаты. Всего две розетки. Щель в двери в ванной.

Perfect location, quiet, and comfortable
Pros:

Position is optimal, close to central station and Dam. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, even on a crowded street. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with coffee machine and water dispenser. Breakfast is top-notch

The bathroom was small, and the see-through sink didn't help - more towels for washing hair would have been great.

I would stay at the Westcord City Center Hotel Amsterdam again.
Pros:

The location was so convenient and close to the things we wanted to see. It was clean and the room had it's own bathroom. It was small but doable. The young men and women that worked at the desk were so helpful, friendly, and kind. They did there jobs well and made our stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety .Great atmosphere and inside was quiet.

Amsterdam já é encantadora, e nossa estadia no WestCord tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.
Pros:

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, bonito, limpo e muito confortável. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade e tudo muito fresquinho. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e receptivos durante toda a estadia. Um carinho que nos marcou foi a recepção com um stroopwafel quentinho e delicioso para cada um de nós, um gesto simples que nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Tivemos uma experiência impecável e certamente voltaríamos. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo. Nossa experiência foi excelente do início ao fim.
