Great location, great staff fairly priced

Always stay here when available as great location, brilliant staff cannot do enough for you

Cons:

Last few times I’ve stayed I’ve thought the beds seemed very hard I’m sure I’ve had the same room also were usually there a lot softer

Pros:

Jesse was absolutely lovely who works on the desk. Close to tourist attractions, only a 30 min walk to the zoo and it's a lovely walk too. About 10 min walk from the station too. Lovely room and breakfast was good.

Très bien et personnelles aux top
Pros:

Tout personnel serviable et chaleureux et merci à la personne qui était à la réception lors de mon départ et qui Mina imprimer ma carte d’embarquement

Cons:

Pour moi il manque une machine à café au petit déjeuner après pas forcément facile d’en installer une en plus ( arrivée d’eau électricité

Ottimo, con qualcosa da migliorare

La posizione è perfetta, colazione molto buona, staff gentile e organizzato

Cons:

Due pecche da sistemare assolutamente sono: il phon presente nel bagno, che funziona ma è cosi poco forte che sembra non funzionare.
L'altra pecca invece è il gabinetto che si trova in uno spazio molto, troppo piccolo tra la doccia e il muro e non ci si riesce a muovere.

Tiny and somewhat shabby rooms. Housekeeping was non existent. See thru wall into toilet area. No privacy

Excelente estancia en el centro de Ámsterdam
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la estación y todo el centro histórico. La amabilidad de todo el personal, tanto recepcionistas como responsables del comedor, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno estaba excelente en variedad y calidad.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación es justito y el precio por noche elevado, pero hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está en pleno centro de Ámsterdam y hemos visitado la ciudad en plena semana santa.

Nice hotel, but a bit on the expensive side.
Pros:

It was quite central, the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was ok and a bit expensive. Free hot drinks was a nice touch with the occasional pastries.
