Pros:

Locatie, bubbels bij binnenkomst en het lekkere ontbijt.

Cons:

Glaswand tussen kamer en badkamer. Dan zie, hoor en ruik je elkaar te veel. Liever een muur met deur daar.

The location is perfect.
Pros:

When we arrived we were met by a clean lobby, great staff, (Jesse) very helpful an free tea, coffee, snacks and water.
excellent location, super comfortable beds, quiet, tram stops outside.
The carpet in the room needs updating felt dirty but the room (118) was good size, we had a sewage smell in the bathroom an when mentioned to staff it disappeared very quickly. You have tea an coffee in the rooms with a nespresso machine but you are not provided with milk.
The breakfast is basic but enough for everyone to choose something. I like a cooked breakfast an the only options were bacon beans scrambled egg an mushrooms. Would of been nice to have some hash browns or sausages but it was okay. The orange juice is SOOOO fresh, there were cereals fruit nuts pastries cheese etc. I think it's expensive for what it is an would probably eat somewhere else if I went again.
Generally a nice 3 star hotel in a good location an we felt very safe. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.
Oh an don't eat the viral red velvet cake it's super strong lol we had a great trip in a beautiful chilled city an laughed from start to finish.

I didn’t liked the fact that there was no fridge (essential for any hotel), no air vents in the toilet (what you leave in it is not staying in it, is going into the room. The air conditioner was too loud at least in our room ,like we are next to the airport. No toilet brush. For those money I would expect at least those essentials.

Nice hotel great location.
Pros:

Staff, especially the night porter very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea and cans of beer were very reasonable. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Room a little on the small side, breakfast a bit expensive.

Best hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

Really good decision to stay in this hotel! From the moment we book the staff was super warm and attentive, when we arrived they helped us to locate ourselves with a map and they really made the effort to make us feel at home
Breakfast was delicious and all the personnel Is always happy to help.
Beds are a really comfortable
If you are doubting in staying in this hotel this is definitely a yes!

Pros:

First time stopping at this hotel location is Brillant a five minute walk to dam central train station room was very clean and coffee machine ,tea making facilities
Very close to the main shops good atmosphere staff very polite and friendly
Good valve for the money
Some nice little cafes and shops within walking distance from hotel
You can get to the red light area within 10 mins
Dam square is a 5 min walk
Brilliant area for food and coffee shops
