WestCord City Centre Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westcord City Centre Hotel Amsterdam. Jesse was extremely helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay. Matt left a delightful surprise in our room as my husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you for the wonderful memories, Westcord!

This hotel is in a perfect location, clean, modern with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The breakfast is perfect. The beds (although in an unusual layout) are very comfortable and I had the best sleep in months. The only reason I did not give a 5 score is that the bathrooms need re-thinking. Too large a sink unit and no room to sit down on the toilet. You are wedged in a small area between the shower and the wall. In the end I used tne lobby toilet. The translucent walls that let me watch my partners bathroom habits may need a re-think too.
It's a shame as it marrs a great hotel and an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Great location to the center and the central station, very clean rooms, stayed in two separate rooms our first room was perfect but the second room had a slight smell from the outside (Main Street) bins. (318) breakfast was great and had a nice selection. Would recommend

Very close to everything, only ten minute walk from centraal and staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything needed.

The best location. Good use of space in a tiny room. Yummy breakfast. Refreshing mint and citrus water at the desk. Friendly staff.

Overall was a good hotel for the area and value. It's a very euro hotel, small and family oriented. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The area is great, walking distance to almost everything you'll need. The train station/metro is less than a 10 minute walk. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, outside noise is limited. There was a lot of interior noise from staff and other guests. Sleeping in wasn't easy! Room was clean, but I requested room cleaning a few times and it was never done. It's ok, since it was only me. The hotel offer daily breakfast which helps start the day. Overall good stay.

Situated only 9 mins from the Amsterdam central station, this hotel is an ideal place to stay for all your travel conveniences. Easy to locate blue strip facade and proximity to the station is key. Clean and welcoming interior, they offer complimentary coffee and spa water. Rooms are clean and spacious with air condition, must have during the heat wave in Europe. Friendly staff and responsive service. Their breakfast is a must add in since they make it fresh daily and they open early enough so you can catch your booked tours. Excellent for its value. Even though it’s listed as a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4.
