Amazing experience, relaxing and fun. would stay here again.
Pros:

Westcord hotel is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is central to everything in Amsterdam, have stayed here over 10times and next time i go will stay here again. Never had a bad experience here.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect and amazing, i come to this hotel every time i visit Amsterdam and it hasn't let me down.

Cons:

Old furniture, rooms very small , corridors not clean , waste of space in the room , I did not like the room design and the space of the bed

It’s good location but they need to renovate the furniture and redesign the space

They could not find me on the system for breakfast so missed a day then got next day

Cons:

Put me in red light area where we can see nude women and I was with my 15 year old water was cold in room they did not crave room I had to chase them up on this

Loveky, bright, welcoming hotel
Pros:

This is our second visit, we love the atmosphere, the friendly helpful staff. We will definitely come to your hotel next time we are in Amsterdam.
The location is perfect. Breakfast is all we need

Ottima la posizione. Staff cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Colazione varia e gustosa. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato i Waffle di benvenuto e l'area all'ingresso dove sono sempre disponibili giochi da tavolo, caffè, te, acqua aromatizzata e frutta, per passare piacevolmente i momenti di riposo.

La camera era un po' piccola, ma i letti erano comodi.
