Wunderschöner Familienurlaub mit Bergblick und tollem Service!
Pros:

Wir haben als Familie mit unserer 1,5-jährigen Tochter vier wunderbare Tage hier verbracht. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums von Spindlermühle, was uns aber genau recht war. Die Ruhe und der traumhafte Blick auf die Berge sind einfach unbezahlbar.

Das gesamte Team ist absolut top! Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an Marie, die unsere kleine Tochter immer wieder zum Lachen gebracht hat. Das fanden wir einfach toll!

Der hoteleigene Pool war super sauber und angenehm ruhig. Unserer Tochter hat es dort wahnsinnig gut gefallen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und angenehm ruhig. Der Balkon allerdings sehr klein.

Cons:

​Ein kleiner Minuspunkt waren die Matratzen, die schon etwas durchgelegen waren. Das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck aber kaum geschmälert.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Über das Hotel konnte man die Seilbahnen kostenlos nutzen. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub im tschechischen Riesengebirge mit vielen interessanten Wanderzielen

Reichhaltiges Frühstück; abwechslungsreiches, reichhaltiges Abendessen auch mit landestypischen Gerichten,
im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Innenpoolnutzung mit schwimmfähigem Becken, gebührenfreie PKW-Stellplätze am Hotel

Cons:

Aufgrund des sehr warmen Wetters und der Geräuschkulisse von geselligen Urlaubern im Außenbereich der Hotelbar auch nach 23 Uhr wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen ,

Zum Wandern sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel zum Wandern. Entweder die Wanderwege direkt nutzen oder ca. 20 Minuten zur Seilbahn laufen.
Zimmer war top, sehr geräumig.
Unsere Motorräder konnten kostenlos in der Garage parken. Toller Service.

Pros:

Měli jsme objednanou polopenzi. Jak snídaně, tak i večeře byla vždy výborná. Výběr naprosto dostatečný. Vyzkoušeli jsme i bazén, který po celodenním výletu a v horkých dnech byl příjemným osvěžením. Zahráli jsme si i bowling. S drinkem nám to šlo mnohem lépe. :) V den příjezdu přestal fungovat výtah, oceňuji rychlost zajištěné opravy.

Cons:

Bazén byl fajn, ale pokud by byla možnost venkovních lehátek, tak by to bylo top.

Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, schöne Lage mit gutem Ausblick

Cons:

Frühstück recht einfach gehalten, es gibt jeden 2. Tag das gleiche, entweder Rührei und Schinken, oder geröstete Wiener/Krakauer, das Obst war nicht von guter Qualität und Auswahl
