Great views and valet parking.
Pros:

Valet parking was easy and quick. Always ready and available to get my car. Well worth the cost Stunning views from the balcony.

Cons:

Shower area was small, but ok. Water flow was not enough, so it took longer to wash hair.

とにかくトイレを使うと匂いがそのまま残る。
換気扇がないのでカップルで行くと女の子はモロに匂いぶちまける事になる。

It was not what we expected at all. Should be rated lower on booking websites.
Pros:

There were 2 nice staff members.

Cons:

Manager was rude, elevator did not work, rooms were extremely small, lost power 3 times, did not have hot water for three days. Paid $30/day for amenities that only got changed/cleaned every three days. For our 6 day stay, they cleaned once.

The only good thing about this place is the area otherwise I would never go there again.

I liked the area where it was located. It was right across from the beach and stores and restaurants were in walking distance.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work because of the weather and we didn’t have hot water for showers.

Excellent service kind caring staff who went above and beyond
Pros:

This was our second hotel our first lost power and we were stuck on the 22nd floor...I have a bad heart and I could not do 22 flights of stairs so we quickly found accommodations with power...then as we arrived the circle lost power but that was OK because the staff found me a room on the 3rd floor instead of the 14th...the valet lugged our cases up and took the time to answer my questions on touring the island and check in with us on our adventures. The front desk was always kind and friendly. I will be back!!!

Dated rooms
Pros:

Stayed in a beach front room on the top floor for 6 nights. Location and view of waikiki beach were amazing. However, the hotel decor is quite old and dated. The bathroom has a shower curtain and the showerhead points towards the curtain so you will get water everywhere in the bathroom when trying to shower. They also still have a dvd player as the source of entertainment. They have double beds, not queen size, so they'd be cramped for a couple of too small for any guy over 6 foot. These dated rooms really need to be refurbished and then the hotel would be 5 stars.
