It was good value when I booked it although circling (no pun intended) back the rates look higher.
I had an ocean view even though I was a bit sideways, the room is a bit small but well laid out. I love the RO (reverse osmosis) cold water fountain downstairs and the free DVD rentals are a nice touch. I didn't make use of them but they could be nice if you got a little too much sun or got injured or were under the weather.
Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfy, and the WiFi was decent.
Great beginner surfing right across the street with ample surf instructors and rentals and plenty of great places to eat and drink. I will however give the adjacent breakfast place a pass in the future because despite being across the street from the beach they are afraid of bare feet.
Right across from Waikiki beach was a perfect location. The service by hotel personnel was excellent, as well!
No pool, but hey the ocean is right across the street!
Amazing location next door to a McDonald’s & ABC
Been staying here for years and has always been my favorite property in wiakiki. Now have new management company and has lost that warm family feel. Familiar faces and excellent customer service is gone ☹️. Have also done away with the affordable late check out for night flights. While still a good value for location, feels like a regular holiday hotel now.
The location and neatness
Small shower space and small room
Stayed here for 5 nights in January and it was lovely. It' s not right on the beach, but just across the road from it. Paid a bit extra for an ocean view room, and that's exactly what I got. The rooms are small, but definitely enough room for everything you need. Showers are small, but manageable.
The staff are really nice, and ready to help at any time. Loved that they also had a water station to enable refills.
Waikiki Circle is also close to lots of shops and eateries, and close to the Big Kahuna statue. It can be a bit noisy - street noise, AC noise (very loud), but was tolerable.
Would probably stay here again.
Stayed here on a recent family trip and had a wonderful time. Only found this hotel through local friends who knew this to be one of the best locations in Waikiki. The property is old but clean and well maintained, and the staff is full of aloha. We knew the parking garage was limited so we opted to go carless on our 3 day stay. Good choice as Waikiki was fun to explore on foot, and a few short Uber rides got us to nearby shopping and tourist spots.
Best part though was just relaxing at the beach and in our room. We were in 2 rooms on the 8th floor and both had wonderful panoramic ocean and beach views. We had perfect weather, so we spent a lot of time just sitting and relaxing on the balcony.
Don't think we could have made a better choice for our Waikiki stay. Highly recommend!
Waikiki Circle Hotel is exactly as described - the curved rooms circle the central lift and stairs. The rooms are very small, especially for three people, but this is a relatively cheaper hotel than many in the heart of Waikiki. Excellent location if you want to be close to the action day and night, but it is showing its age. If you get an ocean view room, the views are wonderful. It is not a resort in any way that I could see - no pool (although there is a rather famous beach across the road!) no spas, restaurants, etc, but it’s a good simple base from which to explore Waikiki. If you are a fan of retro design, you'll love it. The staff are really helpful and friendly. There’s a cafe on the street downstairs and surfboards can be hired.
Location, location, location. Right across from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean.
Rooms were small, but that was expected with it being an older hotel and it was in the description. With the bi-fold door to the patio, it made the room feel much bigger though.
Location of the building.
There is no actual main lobby
Great location. Great for families. Free beach towel service. Staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.
Nothing
Location is amazing. Rooms are small but well appointed and clean. While the hotel is historic, the interior is modern.
Parking is very limited. Street noise can be disruptive at night.
The price was the most affordable but I would have paid more for a nicer place. Would not come back
The shower smelled and was very small no tub. My room overlooked the trash cans. The homeless seemed to camp out side of that corner location and at the beach across the street. The pictures were deceiving
Рядом с морем.
Очень старый требует ремонта.
