relaxing, delightful, eventful and FUN!
Pros:

Everything you needed was walking distance to the beach which was across the street from the hotel, restaurants, shopping and excursions. Plenty of sights to see and things to do.

Cons:

the hotel does not have a concierge service but plenty of vendors on the street to help plan your stay.

Great little hotel/ location, great staff. I'd stay again -- and ask for a room on the south side.

GREAT location. Wonderful staff-- cheerful and friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Since the showers are so small... at least mine was.... and I know you can't just remodel this classic hotel, and I wouldn't anyway, but would be helpful if there were a shelf for the shampoos and soaps, or if all were glued to a wall, b/at some age, it gets harder and harder to get to them on the floor of the shower.....
I had an "ocean view" room on the north? side of the hotel, next to another hotel. We'd have left our door open and enjoyed the balcony (only place to actually "view" the ocean) more if the sound of the AC's didn't drown out all conversation.

Excellent position and they didn't charge for any extras that some others charge . No hassle checkin

W had an ocean facing room directly across from the beach in a great area of town , walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and over the road from the beach, would recommend to anyone but get an ocean facing room.no restaurant on site but lots of food outlets close.Eggs and Things cafe below hotel is open for breakfast but always very busy you need to book. I mentioned to the cafe and other eatings places we went to that if you provided decent coffee you could actually charge for it !! Ha Ha.

Amazing! I love that the beach is across the street and free parking by the zoo

Clean and close to the beach! They provide beach towels so it helped that I didn’t have to bring any or buy any!

Pros:

The location of this hotel truly couldn’t be better. While the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t offer the same amenities you’d find at some of the larger hotels, the unbeatable location is what really makes this place shine. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

It was a very nice hotel.
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing.
The staff member who spoke Japanese was very kind and helpful. I felt very reassured and at ease during my stay. I also lost one of my key cards, but there was no penalty, and a female staff member was very kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.I would like to use your service again next time.

A well-rounded hotel
Pros:

Super cute room with an incredible view of the ocean and the town. Fun, tropical decor. Interesting, rounded shape to the room, hence Circle Hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Eggs N Things, breakfast restaurant located downstairs but always busy so prepare to wait in line.

Cons:

Not a big deal but you have to go down to the front office to get a bucket of ice. No machines in hallway.

Charged extra money and did not clean the room for 3 days
Pros:

Ut was in front of the beach

Cons:

Upon arrival they asked me for a credit card and made a pending payment for a “deposit” and the amenity fee for each day. They did not provide anything saying what they charged the card for.

When I asked for the invoice for my company, the amenity fee appeared as paid by my booking payment, so I asked about this. After arguing for 30 minutes, they said they will give me all the money back in few days (305 dollars). Well… the money has been officially charged, both the extra amenity fee and the security deposit, although I left the room spotless. I have not received any explanation from them.

They only cleaned the room every 3 days, the facilities were not specially clean for start.
