Pros:

Close to public transport leading straight to city center, many restaurants and supermarkets close by.
The room is clean with needed amenities, would be good if there are slippers for the bathroom.

Cons:

Ok facility for the price. However it doesn’t have good soundproof quality, you ca basically hear the upstairs and outside the room very loud. You will have trouble sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
