Buena relación calidad - precio
Pros:

El hotel tiene buena ubicación si te interesa ir a la playa o estar en la zona de South Beach. La habitación era amplia aunque es verdad que elegimos una de las más costosas, por lo que la vista al mar era buena. Sin embargo, justo enfrente del hotel se tienen unos baños públicos para la gente que sale de la playa, por lo que puede resultar molesto si se desea una vista exclusiva del mar. El hotel cuenta con una terraza gratuita, bicicletas y servicio de toallas. También tiene un restaurante aunque los precios son elevados. El personal de recepción es muy amable y se cuenta con elevador. El desayuno está bien servido aunque resultó molesto que, a pesar de estar incluido en el precio de la habitación, los meseros llevaran "la cuenta" esperando siempre propina.

Cons:

El baño era un poco pequeño aunque funcional. Resultó un poco agobiante que el personal del restaurante esperara siempre propina, a pesar de estar incluido el desayuno en el costo de la habitación.

Winterh(e)aven is a great place to stay
Pros:

We recently had the chance to spend a few very pleasant days at this hotel, which boasts an excellent location, a very helpful staff, and convenient facilities. Unfortunately, however, our last evening was marred by an accident: my wife suffered a fracture after taking a fall in our room. Dominique Ravenberg was the night porter that evening, and we couldn’t have been luckier. Dominique supported us with a level of dedication that is second to none: from calling the ambulance to compiling a multi-page guide for us while we were on our way to the hospital, to providing a care package with water and some fortifying chocolate. So, we would like to take this opportunity to once again express our heartfelt thanks to Dominique! And heartfelt congratulations to the hotel as well for such a lucky hand in selecting its staff 😊

Eurostar Winterhaven Doesn’t Disappoint
Pros:

Welcoming, right across from the beach, very clean, comfortable beds, Italian restaurant on bottom level serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as cocktails outside or inside. Very close to a Starbucks which is a bonus. Have passes to Gymage, free bicycles to ride, beach towels and free beach chairs on South Beach ($20 plus without hotel’s perks). Hotel has a European feel. Have stayed here twice and have never had a negative experience.

Opholdet var ok og vi havde ikke de store problemer. Parkering med bil var lidt besværligt.
Pros:

Virkelig god placering og venligt personale.

Cons:

Hotellet er ved at være slit og min værelses dør var ødelagt og svær at åbne og lukke. Badeværelserne er også meget små.

great service, fantastic location
Pros:

great location on south beach in iconic art deco building. supermarket and great restaurants nearby ( and good italian restaurant on site). staff very friendly and helpful and available. great breakfast in the onsite restaurant with choice of cooked food. resort fee included use of 2 beach loungers each day, and one 2h bike ride.

Cons:

minor eg no decaf coffee. resort fee did not include beach umbrella ( this was an extra $27)
