Spacious rooms excellent location would absolutely go there again!
This place is a joke. Hidden costs everywhere. And they’ll charge you for stuff from the mini bar you didn’t consume. I was treated like a thief and a liar when I called to inquire about additional charges. Don’t stay here, this place will treat you like a fraudulent ex.
La ubicacion es muy buena ya q se encuentra a pocas cuadras la avenida donde hay oferta gastronomica, esta el super q tambien facilita mucho la comida dentro del hotel.
En la zona de pileta te ofrecen toallas asi como tmb para la playa junto con reposeras y sombrilla incluido.
La limpieza y prolijidad en el hotel es impecable asi como están atentos a cada detalle. La atencion recibida en cualquiera de las areas siempre con amabilidad.

Péssimo atendimento e cordialidade dos funcionários desde o check in. Chegamos no hotel as 15:40, o check in começava as 16:00, mesmo com um check in neste horario, as 16:00 o nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e pediram para aguardarmos e iriam nos ligar quando o quarto estivesse disponível, estávamos exaustos, com criança e havíamos passado a noite no voo, já foi uma decepção.
Reservei o quarto para 3 pessoas (casal+ filha 6 anos) quando chegamos no quarto o sofá cama não estava montado e arrumado para a nossa filha dormir, solicitei duas vezes que arrumassem a cama para ela dormir, a camareira chegou quase 21:00 para arrumar, ainda com má vontade.
Por dois dias não limparam o quarto, sendo que no segundo dia eu me dirigi até a recepção do hotel, expliquei que o quarto não havia sido limpo no dia anterior e solicitei que não deixassem de limpar o quarto naquele dia. Para a minha surpresa, ao chegar no quarto a noite, o quarto estava sujo, banheiro úmido, toalhas molhadas, já que não tem ventilação nos banheiros.
O hotel é bonito e a estrutura de praia e piscina é muito boa, mas os atendentes não fizeram a nossa estadia ser agradável.
Sempre ficamos hospedados neste hotel, a comida muito boa, a sala de ginástica perfeita e completa,limpeza na parte de recepção e acessos perfeita.
Serviço de quarto péssimo, limpeza do apartamento péssima.
