Cons:

Pagué una noche anticipada a mi arribo ya que los vuelos llegan muy temprano a Miami de Argentina , con la intención de no tener que esperar el check in q es a las 16 horas!
Envié mensajes 2 mensajes en días diferentes avisando de mi llegada por la mañana para que no me digan no show.
A pasear de todo esto! La habitación no estaba disponible, me declararon no show!!
Este género que tenga que pasar un muy mal momento, ya que fue muy violento la situación para un hotel de dicha categoría!
Luego de esperar más de dos horas finalmente me entregaron la habitación y por suerte con un upgrade pago con descuento!
Pero la experiencia de empezar un viaje relajado no fue posible!! Por suerte todo lo demás fue muy bueno

אין שירות בקבלה מאוד איטיים לא נותנים שירות מאוד לא נקי בלובי ,לא ניקו חדרים שלושה ימים. חדר מסריח עם רעשים של מזגן אין מענה בלובי .

שהיה מצוינת עם התחלה קשוחה ולא נחמדה

אנחנו אוהבים את המלון וכבר שנה שלישית שוהים בו לחופשת החורף שלנו

Cons:

כשהגענו ביום ראשון, היה נראה שהמלון באיזו שהיא בעיה של חדרים ותפוסה, קיבלנו את החדר בשעה שבע בערב!!! בנוגע לפיצוי הם אמרו שעלינו לדבר עם אתר בוקינג שדרכו הזמנו

Pros:

Estrutura do hotel muito boa, quartos amplos e confortáveis. E ótima localização!

Cons:

Não limparam o quarto! não havia manobrista a noite para guardar o carro, e ainda fiquei numa fila para entregar a chave na recepção. Lixo exalando fedor com mosquitos no acesso do elevador para corredor dos quartos. Uma pena!

Service horrible!
Pros:

Awful service, 4 days without housekeeping after several requests, fr ok t deal has told me a half a dozen times they will send someone, but no one comes. Had to take my own linens off a housekeeping cart, and was told by the housekeeper that they were allocated for other rooms! Asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy. All of this not good for the money spent. Only response I was given is that they would put a note in the computer. I’ve stayed in less expensive places and received better service

Value/Cost Mismatch
Pros:

Rooftop pool is nice, a good place to get away from the throngs of children. Rooms are nice, showers were fun and large. Patio sitting was nice, though people play music on their respective patios fairly loudly and every rooms AC is on the patio, so hundreds of them can sound like an engine. Great food in the area, walking distance from the hotel; there's even a grocery store (Publix) a block away so you can save some cash on fruit, etc, also that Publix has a sushi chef that you can place orders with if you call or pop in. Oh, also a liquor store nearby, 'Big Daddies', if you don't want to pay 20 bones a cocktail.

Cons:

Oodles of people/families; basically only the rooftop pool was a comfortable place for a couple to hang out. If you're trying to have some good beach time I'd recommend buying your own beach towels/seats and migrating away from the hotel throng.

Non-existent service, rude staff
Pros:

Terrible service. We stayed for 4 days with no service despite asking every day multiple times. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. The “manager” Jadyn Garcia was particularly rude and unable to provide any sort of coherent set of solutions.

Pros:

Everything was the best!!! Best location and nice rooms and right by the beach! there were poeple setting up beach chairs for you the whole time! highly recommended!!!

Pros:

Do not stay in the grand beach hotel surfside !!!! Disgrace of a hotel !! Had not had my room cleaned in 3 days ! We checked in a the hotel room was so dirty ! Front desk are the nastiest most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with ! They yelled at us for demanding cleaning service ! They charged us $770 a night !!!! Oh and bring your own towels if you plan on taking a shower ! 3 days in a row I had to throw a fit to get towels !!! Never ever staying here again ! They hate Jews! horrible!!!
