Service was good. But the 2 hot tubs stopped working on Saturday and someone said they won’t be fixed until next week.
The pool/ beach food girl. She was very passive aggressive. I canceled my order because our drinks were just sitting there for 30 minutes and she never delivered them. We thought she was going to hit us.

O ar condicionado faz muito barulho, tinha que desligar para conseguir dormir. A limpeza parecia que tinha que implorar, várias vezes fiquei fora o dia todo e o quarto ainda não havia sido arrumado.

The beach and ample outdoor seating areas!
It’s a four star hotel. I’m not sure what makes it a four star hotel. I checked in on a busy Sunday. I’m a human being, so I can understand that. When I got to my room however, it looked nice and modern, but then I noticed there were crumbs all around the bed and it looked like the room had not been swept. I called the front desk to ask for a room change. They said they are at capacity and cannot but they will have house keeping come clean it. I explained that I chose the hotel for cleanliness and this was disappointing. They said they are calling housekeeping and someone should ‘be there soon’. I then went down to the front desk to see if I could get a more timely resolution to the issue. Again, I was told they are going to contact housekeeping - to which I said, someone called for me five minutes ago. The concierge proceeded to call housekeeping and it didn’t seem like they knew anything about the issue. A half hour passed and no one came so I went to the pool. When I got back, I called the front desk and spoke to the manager who said that they are REALLY busy and someone will come. I said, listen, I just want it clean, I’m happy to clean it myself if someone gives me a bro - if it were my house, it would be clean. Finally about two hours later a housekeeper came and swept up all the crumbs.
Later that night I realized that I had forgotten toothpaste. At a four star hotel I would have expected there to be complimentary tooth paste, but there wasn’t. So I called the reception and was told: sorry we were super busy and ran out.
Normally I would have run out to get my own. But I had already made a trip to cvs to purchase adequate shampoo and body wash.
The next morning - magically they had toothpaste again and the team was confused why I was told there wasn’t any the previous night.
Las habitaciones son enormes y cómodas y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta para lo grande que es Miami.
El personal. El personal no estaba atenta y tenían mala disposición a ayudar. Sobre todo las personas en el front desk.

Everything closes early, pools temperature were extremely hot (all of them)
Quartos amplos, bem limpos, com sofá e dois banheiros ( essa parte eu achei maravilhoso ) varanda com vista para a praia. O hotel todo é muito bonito, organizado e os funcionários bem educados e receptivos.
A maquina do Ar condicionado parece estar dentro do quarto, quando liga, o barulho fica muito alto. Então tive que desligar o ar todos os dias para conseguir dormir.
First impression and arrival experience was rather disappointing. Lobby bare of any furniture to linger, an empty wide hall with no ambience at all. Bar on main corridor of passing by traffic to beach and restaurant. Waited 30 minutes in queue to get check in. Staff kept repeating during each check in process that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and is punishable. Gave impression to us all, we had arrived at a notoriuos 2- 3 star property with other guests not adhering to the most basic rules of good behaviour. Service staffing at bar, restaurant, 2 pools were at a minimum and not forthcoming, creating an ambiance or atmosphere to add an experience to the stay.
